Sorry - Obama Did One Thing Right

By Nicholas Contompasis

Let's be clear, I'm no fan of President Obama. I'm a Conservative, pro Israel Christian and have been for decades. But, a few things need to be understood about our U.S. economy and for that matter the world economies.
Make no mistake, most of the stimulus money that was legislated would have happened even if the Tea Party had run the congress.
Why, because most of the money was used to keep local, state and federal government agency's from folding. Thus, leading to extreme civil unrest.
We know that a portion of this money ended up in bogus green projects and other Liberal ventures, but all-in-all it did keep civil order that has lasted to this day.
Being a Monday morning quarterback doesn't help.
The facts are that they did it, it worked and we still have a fire department - helping with disasters, keeping local governments functioning, retaining teachers to keep kids off the streets and a police force - keeping law and order.
Yes, some of the money ended up in union coffers, a small price to pay for civil order.
You don't want civil disorder, that's when things get out of control.
Now, down to the meat of what this is all about. The dirty secret that all politicians from both sides of the aisle knew was that we really did it this time. Yes, we drew our economy's net worth below zero leaving us totally and completely insolvent. It happened to all of our banks and major corporations that played the finance game such as General Electric that at the end of 2008 was insolvent because of its finance wing.
In practical economic terms our homes are, at this time, worth zero. Yes, that's right, zero.
What economists knew and were frightened would get out was that if the economy was not backstopped in 2008 and 2009 we would've never come back economically. Many in our country and around the world would've experienced extreme strife and violence. Food and normal everyday needs would not have been met and mini wars in many countries would have sprouted up until stability was maintained.
The debt that the Eurozone and now the U.S. has is unsustainable, and is now being slowly in a seesaw style deleveraged. Meaning that both entities are devaluing each other's currency till there is some real stability in the markets. But, to be honest, they're not sure if it'll work. This is the big, big problem the G-8 faces for the forseable future. What if they're wrong? What if it doesn't work?
Our leaders both foreign and domestic cannot afford to have riots in the streets, millions could die and societies would tumble. That's why they won't talk about it in public and that's why you're reading this, because you know deep down it's true.

Veteran Daryn Moran Says He is Headed to Washington to Arrest President Obama in This Video and He Sounds Serious

Billionaire Ted Leonsis's Open Letter to America and the President as Read by Mark Levin's Radio Show Today

My dad was a waiter. My mom was a secretary. Neither attended college. I grew up in Brooklyn, NY and Lowell, Massachusetts. I attended public schools. My parents – in their best year – earned $31,000 combined. My dad worked for tips – often received in change – as he worked a counter for breakfast and lunch at a diner. My dad, too, once lost his job. I remember the angst in our household.

I attended Georgetown University which at the time wasn’t a need blind school via college loans. I paid them all back five years after I graduated.

I have great empathy for middle class or lower middle class America. My horizons as a young adult were not expansive. I was programmed to be a produce department manager at a grocery store in my neighborhood. That was my dad’s aspiration for me. I would have been proud to work hard to become a leader in a grocery store and I bet I would have been good at it, too. By luck and hard work, my career took a different path.

I say this as I read all of the rhetoric about Class Warfare, the rift that is being created between economic middle and lower class and as the President said “those millionaires and billionaires.”

The real rift in philosophy though is do you want the Government to create jobs and stimulate the economy or do you want America’s small business to be the engine of growth?

Economic Success has somehow become the new boogie man; some in the Democratic party are now casting about for enemies and business leaders and anyone who has achieved success in terms of rank or fiscal success is being cast as a bad guy in a black hat. This is counter to the American Dream and is really turning off so many people that love American and basically carry our country on their back by paying taxes and by employing people and creating GDP.

This is a bad move all designed by some pollster who said this is the way to get votes during the re-election. It should be stopped. We should be healing and creating teams NOT dividing and pitting people against one another.

I know the President isn’t speaking to me specifically when he talks but many times I hear stuff and I cringe personally. As a friend told me the other day who lives in China, “Every time your President talks of late, it costs us billions in market cap and in confidence in your country and your economy.” Why do we devalue success in the US when the rest of the world is trying to emulate what we have created as an economic system?

I voted for our President. I have maxed out on personal donations to his re-election campaign. I forgot his campaign wants to raise $1 billion. THAT is a lot of money–money–money–money! Money still talks. It blows my mind when I am asked for money as a donation at the same time I am getting blasted as being a bad guy!

Someone needs to talk our President down off of this rhetoric about good vs. evil; about two classes and math.

Our country was founded on the premise of “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”. Is anyone happy right now with all of this?

Hit a reset button ASAP.

Rethink how to talk to businesses and sell business leaders on your plan to make America great!

Many of us want to be a part of the solution. We aren’t the problem.

Why Aren't the U.S. Presidential Candidates Talking About Islam?

By Nicholas Contompasis

Will it be said some day, that it all started in the early Twenty-first Century, America's turn towards Islam?
Based on our current crop of Presidential candidates it seems it has started.
Why, because they're not talking about the ten ton gorilla in the middle of the room, Islam!!!
In our defense, we're at war with Islam around world and now at home, yet not one candidate has attempted to talk about what he or she would do to stop this cancer on our society. They won't even bring it up, as if it was a third rail. Why, I keep asking myself, are they courting the Muslim vote? It seems so!
As these candidates stumble around attempting to hit the right nerve of the American voter they might want to attack the numerous Islamic organizations that back our current President and have designs of converting every American to the Muslim faith.
By attacking them, they would be attacking the President, who has now left a feeling in most American's minds that he is sympathetic to the people killing us around the world.

Romney and Perry Lagging Behind on Commitment to Prosecution of US Muslim Brotherhood Front Groups?

Andrew G. Bostom

Kudos to the dogged and intrepid J. Mark Campbell of The United West, who has obtained video recorded commitments from Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorum, and Herman Cain to pursue and prosecute the major Muslim Brotherhood front groups currently operating unencumbered in the US, and being courted for "Muslim outreach" by feckless politicians, policymakers, and even law enforcement officials.
The Holy Land Foundation trial made unmistakably clear the agenda of this spiders web of Muslim Brotherhood organizations -- which includes unindicted co-conspirators CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations), ISNA (Islamic Society of North America), and NAIT (North American Islamic Trust) -- as stated explicitly by Yusuf al-Qaradawi acolyte Mohamed Akram, in his "An Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Brotherhood in North America", May 22, 1991 (translated here, on "Page 7 of 18," bottom center pagination):
The process of settlement is a "Civilization-Jihadist Process"  with all the word means. The Ikhwan [Muslim Brotherhood] must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging" its miserable house by their hands and by the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated  and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions.
Both "front runners" Mitt Romney and Rick Perry need to provide the same unequivocal commitments, immediately, to this critically important national security goal in the struggle against jihadism.

Economist Nouriel Roubini Who Predicted Global Depression Says - Economic Crises Will Lead To War

Monday, 26 Sep 2011 08:07 AM
By Julie Crawshaw

Economist Nouriel Roubini says fiscal austerity could bring economic calamity followed by war.
"I’m not predicting World War III but seriously, if there was a global financial crisis after the first one, then we go into depression: the political and social instability in Europe and other advanced economies is going to become extremely severe," Roubini tells Emerging Markets.
"In the 1930s, because we made a major policy mistake, we went through financial instability, defaults, currency devaluations, printing money, capital controls, trade wars, populism, a bunch of radical, populist, aggressive regimes coming to power from Germany to Italy to Spain to Japan, and then we ended up with World War II."
Roubini believes that increasing fiscal austerity at a time when private demand is falling again will lead to another global depression.
"We’re going to make exactly the same mistake like during the Great Depression, when we took away the fiscal stimulus too soon," says Roubini. “That is a huge risk right now."
Nor will China be exempt from economic ills. "China is going to have in two years its own hard landing," Roubini says.
"There’s so much overcapacity, from real estate to infrastructure to manufacturing that unless they change their growth model to rely more on consumption and less on fixed investment, eventually there will be a hard landing in China. So it’s not any more an issue of net exports."
The Wall Street Journal reports China's massive economic-stimulus program has supported near double-digit growth, but also stoked inflation, piled up debt and fueled another unwelcome development: social unrest.
In 2010, China was rocked by 180,000 protests, riots and other mass incidents — more than four times the tally from a decade earlier.
Other experts paint a similar gloomy future.
Pacific Investment Management Co., which runs the world’s biggest bond fund, expects advanced economies to stall over the next year, with Europe sliding into recession, underscoring mounting investor concern about the global economic outlook.
There will be little to no economic growth in industrial nations during the coming 12 months as Europe’s economy shrinks by 1 percent to 2 percent and the U.S. stagnates, said Mohamed El-Erian, chief executive officer of Newport Beach, California-based Pimco. That will leave worldwide expansion at about 2.5 percent, less than the 4 percent forecast by the International Monetary Fund this year and next.

Yes It Was Andrew Breitbart Who Single-handedly Destroyed Palestine's Chance for Statehood

By Nicholas Contompasis

So, as I see it, if it wasn't for Andrew Breitbart who exposed Congressmen Anthony Weiner of New York's 9th District, Palestine would be a recognized country by the United Nations this week.
Weiner, as you may remember, was forced to step down because of his sexual exploits on the internet. Andrew Breitbart obtained photos of the naked Weiner and distributed them through his website.
Because of Weiners forced resignation last month the district had to have a special election to replace him.
That special election happened two weeks ago and the results of that election may have changed the Democrat agenda towards Israel for years to come.
In a predominately Jewish district that has sent Liberal Democrats to Congress for decades, they elected a conservative Republican.
The results of that election sent shock waves straight to the White House and to President Obama.
It was no secret that Obama had a hard-on for Israel and has taken every opportunity to express it. The President must have thought Jews in America weren't looking during his trashing, but they were and they didn't like it.
So, because of the results of this bellwether district's election, the President was forced politically to change his vote in the U.N. from a "Yes" for statehood to a "Veto,"
thus denying Palestinians statehood.
And to think, it all started with a smartphone snapshot of Congressmen Anthony Weiners aroused weiner!!! Ain't politics something?

When Clergy Behave Like Charlie Manson

By Nicholas Contompasis

Why is it, that religious leaders, for the most part, study and practice their religion in a peaceful way and spread the religion in the same manner. Yet, we have a so-called religion, Islam that utilizes its leading clergy to spread hate and destruction, literally around world.
The similarity between the religion of Charlie Manson and Islam is incontrovertible after you examine its premise.
For both Charlie and his counterparts in Islam wash their hands of the atrocities they inspire. Charlie to this day, says he never killed anyone. That's correct, but he was convicted of inspiring individuals to kill, and they did. It's not good to have movie stars murdered in such a manner in Tinseltown.
So, we now have a worldwide religion acting as though it were led by madmen who when push comes to shove, wash their hands of their followers' acts.
Our judicial system properly took care of Mr. Manson, but why, one must ask, does it stop short of dishing out the same to Islam? Is it simply because they call themselves a religion or is it more because there are one and half billion of them roaming the earth (24% of humanity)? You need not answer, it's obvious!
Nonetheless, when a cleric behind the scenes orchestrates mass murders of innocent non-believing civilians, that's not a religion, it's a war machine that for centuries has attempted to bridge the byways into Europe and the rest of the world.
This war machine has to be stopped where it thrives or someday your children or grandchildren could be facing a Charlie Manson as President of the United States.
Some say, that day has already arrived.......

More Private Sector Taxpayers are Saying "We Won't Pay" - Greece's Middle Class Revolt against Austerity - Could Spread Around the World

By Ferry Batzoglou and Jörg Diehl in Athens

Small business owners in Greece have long been the backbone of the economy and reliable taxpayers in a country where tax evasion is rampant. That, though, is now changing. Self-employed workers like Angelos Belitsakos have had enough of rising taxes and have begun to revolt.
The people who could ultimately give Greece the coup de grace are not the kind to throw stones or Molotov cocktails, and they have yet to torch any cars. Instead, they are people like 60-year-old beverage distributor Angelos Belitsakos, people who might soon turn into a real problem for the economically unstable country. Feeling cornered, he and other private business owners want to go on the offensive. But instead fighting with weapons, they are using something much more dangerous. They are fighting with money.
Belitsakos is a short, slim and alert man who lives in the middle-class Athenian suburb of Holargos. He is also the physical and spiritual leader of a movement of businesspeople in Greece that is recruiting new members with growing speed. While Greece's government is desperately trying to combat its ballooning budget deficit by raising taxes and imposing new fees, people like Belitsakos are putting their faith in passive resistance.
The group's slogan is as simple as it is stoic: "We Won't Pay."
Working 12-Hour Days, Seven Days a Week
This business owners' absolute refusal to pay any taxes resembles an uprising of the ownership class, rather than the working class, a rebellion of the self-employed business owners who have long been the backbone of Greek society. These are not the people who weaseled their way into Greece's oversized civil service; these are people who put their money in the private sector, working 12-hour days, seven days a week. Or so Belitsakos says.
Standing in his small store, Belitsakos makes a sweeping gesture and says that the people in his movement no longer have a choice. "The state will kill us," he says. "We're acting in self-defense." Then he starts to do the math. Over the last two years, his sales have massively shrunk as 60 of the tavernas and restaurants he used to make deliveries to have terminated their contracts with him. At the same time, the government has raised the value-added tax (VAT) twice while imposing a never-ending series of new fees. He mentions the €300 ($406) one-time fee for the self-employed, a two-percentage-point boost in the VAT, a €180 solidarity levy for the unemployed and a property tax that is "easily a few hundred euros every year."
The taxes are part of Athens' last ditch effort to avoid drifting into insolvency and to live up to the promises of austerity it delivered to the European Union. The country's vast debt means it is already reliant on the steady drip of aid it receives from a €110 billion rescue package passed last year, with a second such package likely to be passed this fall. But each payment from the fund is dependent on progress being made on the effort to clean up the country's finances.
That progress has been halting at best. In an effort to move the process forward, the government of Prime Minister Giorgios Papandreou has recently announced it intends to cut thousands of more civil servant jobs. And it introduced a controversial one-off property tax which has angered many. Several other taxes and fees have also been introduced.
Belitsakos calls them "charatzi," a word from Ottoman times that can perhaps best be translated as "loot" or "compulsory levy." The term is meant to indicate taxes levied arbitrarily and without justification, such as the tithe once paid to feudal lords. "But I can't and won't pony up. It's wrong," Belitsakos says. "Don't you understand?"
A Common Type of Revolt
The situation finally drove Belitsakos to write a letter to the head of the local tax authority in the name of his group. "We see ourselves facing a whole series of new taxes," he wrote. "We are protesting and enraged." He went on to charge that the only purpose behind the new fees was the "dispossession and impoverishment" of the Greeks and that he was now forced to resist. Briefly put, he wrote: "We won't pay."
Belitsakos says the tax official he handed the letter to was understanding and friendly. The fact that the civil servant put on a brave face might have something to do with all the TV cameras that were present. But, in a place like Greece, it is also entirely possible that the official was simply not all that surprised that someone would announce they were evading their taxes.
As well-known analyst Babis Papadimitriou puts it, the average Greek may well love his country, but he views the state apparatus as a power that one can and should plunder. Papadimitriou says that while the European average for VAT taxes that are evaded is 10 percent, the rate in Greece is roughly 30 percent. About a third of the entire economy happens off tax-authority radars.
These days, even communists, unionists and leftists are raising a public outcry against the new taxes. This week, Aleka Papariga, the general secretary of the Communist Party of Greece, said that the only way to stop the complete bankrupting of the people was for them to not pay the "charatzi." In fact, financial resistance had now become the supreme civic duty, she said.
In an interview with SPIEGEL ONLINE, Greek Economy Minister Michalis Chrysochoidis said: "The question is how we can create a feeling of solidarity. One for all and all for one, that's what it's about now." Still, Chrysochoidis would not answer his own question. For the moment, he said, it doesn't look like the government can count on many of their fellow Greeks being willing to sacrifice themselves for the interest of the state. In fact, people are abandoning the government in droves.
Belitsakos, the beverage distributor, can't and won't play a role in rescuing his country no matter what. The reason has nothing to do with patriotism. Instead, it has to do with his mistrust of the government in Athens and "international financial capitalism" and the fact that, despite having once studied mathematics, he still can't fathom the amount of money at stake here.
Belitsakos stresses that his plan is to refuse to pay any and all taxes and fees. If he has to, he says he will either go broke, to jail or both. He is convinced that there are thousands upon thousands who think just like he does and that, in the end, the Greeks will win this battle that they never chose.
The only question is what they really have to win.

How to Create Jobs and Revitalize the U.S. and World Economies - The Big Plan

By Nicholas Contompasis

My contention for the past four years with the Federal Reserve has been for them to lift the $11 trillion mortgage burden from the American homeowner by adding it to their balance sheet in one swift move. This would keep everyone in their homes, create an economy boom never seen in this country and the world. This is not about hurting the ones that did everything right. It's now about saving our country!
With that said, this is how it would work.

1. The Federal Reserve would agree to purchase all owner occupied residential mortgages from commercial banks in the United States.

2. Before that occurs the bank that holds the note must rewrite the loan with the approval of the owner to a 100 year mortgage with a slightly above zero interest rate. This new rewritten mortgage would be due in full in 100 years or unless the home is sold, when at that time 1% plus accrued interest per year would be due at settlement. Example: Home is owned three years - when sold 3% plus the new interest rate will be due. The new owner would have the obligation to make sure that the remaining 97% owed is paid in full or if sold again would pay off the 1% per year plus a the fixed interest rate on that portion of the debt.
One key point is that the new rewritten note would be owed not by the current homeowner but by the property itself, relieving the current homeowner of the burden of monthly mortgage payments and overall debt.

3. The Federal reserve will be dealing only with the property not the current occupant.
In addition banks after this transaction takes place, occupants of the home will be able to borrow up 50% of the current market value that would be owed by the occupant not the property.

4. This new mortgage would be viewed as a second position loan.

This is a brief explanation of how we can revitalize our housing market and the U.S. economy without destroying more wealth in America.

Breaking News - Secret Strange Arabic Messages Written on U.S. Commercial Airplanes - FBI and DHS on the Case

Posted by Nicholas Contompasis

LOS ANGELES, CA.
In the latest installment of airport insecurity, mysterious marks in Arabic have appeared on the bellies of several Southwest Airlines jets over the last few months.
A Los Angeles radio station reports the graffiti appears to have been etched using a chemical process and is visible only after a power unit is turned on.
So maybe it`s some sort of high-tech invisible ink?
The FBI and TSA are on the case looking into who’s behind the vandalism, but aren’t offering up many details.
What do the messages translate to?
Assuming it’s not Eat at Joe`s or Goodyear.
Southwest denies that the vandalism posed a safety or security threat.
So let get this straight; they’ve discovered Arabic graffiti on jets, they don`t know how it got there or why, but they’re sure it’s not a security threat?
I’m satisfied.
Reportedly sources believe the markings are being done by an employee or group of employees joking around.
If that’s the case, then the airline has some idiots working for it and idiots with access to commercial airliners is probably not a good thing for a host of reasons.

Obama Has Unleashed the IRS on the Entire World

The Attack on Accidental Americans
Wednesday, September 21, 2011 by Wendy McElroy

When Julie Veilleux discovered she was American, she went to the nearest US embassy to renounce her citizenship. Having lived in Canada since she was a young child, the 48-year-old had no idea she carried the burden of dual citizenship. But the renunciation will not clear away the past ten years of penalties with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).[1]
Born to American parents living in Canada, Kerry Knoll's two teenaged daughters had no clue they became dual citizens at birth. (An American parent confers such status on Canadian-born children.[2] ) Now the IRS wants to grab at money they earned in Canada from summer jobs; the girls had hoped to use their RESPs (registered education savings plans) for college.[3]
The IRS is making a worldwide push to squeeze money from Americans living abroad and from anyone who holds dual citizenship, whether they know it or not. It doesn't matter if the "duals" want US status, have never set foot on US soil, or never conducted business with an American. It doesn't matter if those targeted owe a single cent to the IRS. Unlike almost every other nation in the world, the United States requires citizens living abroad to file tax forms on the money they do not owe as well as to report foreign bank accounts or holdings such as stocks or RSSPs. The possible penalty for not reporting is $10,000 per "disclosed asset" per year.
Thus, Americans and dual citizens living in Canada (or elsewhere) who do not disclose their local checking account — now labeled by the IRS as "an illegal offshore account" — are liable for fines that stretch back ten years and might amount to $100,000. A family, like the Knolls, in which there are two American parents and two dual-citizen children, might be collectively liable for $400,000.
Approximately 7 million Americans live abroad. According to the IRS, they received upwards of 400,000 tax returns from expatriates last year — a compliance rate of approximately 6 percent. Presumably the compliance of dual-citizen children is far lower. Customs and Immigration is now sharing information with the IRS and, should any of 94 percent expats or their accidentally American offspring set foot on US soil, they are vulnerable to arrest.
Why Now?
As of 8:30 a.m. EST, September 20, the US National debt was $14,744,278,404,668. That is over $47,000 per American citizen, over $131,000 per taxpayer. America is bankrupt and desperate to grab at any loose dollar within its reach. Having reaped the easy pickings within its own borders, America is extending its reach.
So far, the IRS push into foreign territory has been a rousing success by their own standards. In 2009, the IRS offered "amnesty" — that is, lessened but still hefty penalties — to whoever stepped forward to disclose foreign bank accounts. According to FOX Business News, the 2009 program netted the government $2.2 billion in tax revenues … and $500 million in interest from the 2011 program, for a total of $2.7 billion.… Moreover, the IRS says it has yet to reap penalties from these evaders, which could rake in hundreds of millions more.
IRS Commissioner Doug Shulman stated, we are in the middle of an unprecedented period for our global international tax enforcement efforts. We have pierced international bank secrecy laws, and we are making a serious dent in offshore tax evasion.[4]
Going after the college money earned by children born and raised in Canada (or elsewhere) is just one part of the international enforcement effort. The entire package is called the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act or FATCA; it was a revenue-raising provision that was slipped into one of Obama's disastrous stimulus bills. Starting in 2013 — or 2014 if an exemption is granted — every bank in the world will be required to report to the IRS all accounts held by current and former US citizens. If account holders refuse to provide verification of their non-US citizenship, the banks will be required to impose a 30 percent tax of all payments or transfers to the account on behalf of the IRS. Banks that do not comply will "face withholding on U.S.-source interest and dividends, gross proceeds from the disposition of U.S. securities, and pass-through payments."[5]
Australia and Japan have already declared their refusal to comply. Canada's Finance Minister Jim Flaherty has publicly stated that the proposed American legislation "has far-reaching extraterritorial implications. It would turn Canadian banks into extensions of the IRS and would raise significant privacy concerns for Canadians."[6]
According to the Financial Post, Toronto-Dominion Bank is putting up a fight against a new U.S. regulation that would compel foreign banks to sort through billions of dollars of deposits to find U.S. citizens who might be hiding money.… TD has complained that the proposed IRS rule is unreasonable because it would require the bank to make US$100-million investment in new software and staff. Other lenders resisting the effort include Allianz SE of Germany, Aegon NV of the Netherlands and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.… Now the Canadian Bankers association has joined the fray. In an emailed statement the CBA called the requirement "highly complex" and "very difficult and costly for Canadian banks to comply with."[7]
The Financial Times reports, [O]ne of Asia's largest financial groups is quietly mulling a potentially explosive question: could it organise some of its subsidiaries so that they could stop handling all US Treasury bonds? Their motive has nothing to do with the outlook for the dollar.… Instead, what is worrying this particular Asian financial group is tax. In January 2013, the US will implement a new law called the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act.… [T]he new rules leave some financial officials fuming in places such as Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong and Singapore.… [I]mplementing these measures is likely to be costly; in jurisdictions such as Singapore or Hong Kong, the IRS rules appear to contravene local privacy laws.… Hence the fact that some non-US asset managers and banking groups are debating whether they could simply ignore Fatca by creating subsidiaries that never touch US assets at all. "This is complete madness for the US — America needs global investors to buy its bonds," fumes one bank manager. "But not holding US assets might turn out to be the easiest thing for us to do."[8]
Meanwhile, banking will become more difficult within the United States. FATCA will hold banks liable for any "improper" transfer of money to outside the United States. The Wealth Report, a financial analysis site, states,
US banks will be desperately trying to cover their liability by checking the exact purpose of the payment, to make sure it doesn't come within the scope of the legislation. The burden of proof will naturally pass to the account holder who is trying to transfer money, to demonstrate that the transaction is not subject to the new withholding tax. If the sending bank in the USA has any doubt at all about the purpose of the transaction, they will be forced to deduct 30 percent tax. Net result? It is going to be darned difficult for anyone to transfer money out of the USA. If that isn't a form of currency control, then I don't know what is! (emphasis original)
Returning to the Little Guy and Gal
Expat Americans and children — a.k.a. dual citizens — will be caught in the indiscriminate steel net that the IRS wants to throw around the globe. Their innocence or ignorance will not matter. The IRS wants money. If expats and duals do not owe money from their earnings, then the IRS will pursue obscure reporting requirements and apply them to people who did not even know they were American. It will try to yank their college funds and drain their parents' retirement savings.
They can renounce their American citizenship but that is an imperfect solution. For one thing, it does not immunize them from the past ten years of nonreporting. For another, following the United States' "exit" sign takes many people directly through the Treasury Department where they may be required to pay a brutal one-time exit tax. Basically, for those with more than $2 million dollars in assets, the tax comes to $600,000.
Moreover, renunciation is a difficult process. The Globe and Mail is one of many Canadian newspapers now explaining to readers how they can renounce American citizenship. G&M states,
Renouncing your U.S. citizenship starts with a hefty fee — $450 (U.S.), just for the chance to appear in front of a consular official. Need it done in a hurry? Forget about it. It can take about two years to get an appointment.[9]
The true hope lies in a worldwide refusal to comply. The only power strong enough to rein in the United States is the world itself. There is hope that this will happen. Reuters declared,
A U.S. law meant to snuff out billions of dollars in offshore tax evasion has drawn the criticism of the world's banks and business people, who dismiss it as imperialist and "the neutron bomb of the global financial system." … A senior American finance executive at the Hong Kong branch of a major investment house [declared] that FATCA was "America's most imperialist act since it invaded the Philippine Islands in 1899." The regulation … was "engendering a profound and growing anti-American sentiment abroad."[10]
How long can America maintain that people "hate us for our freedom?" People fear and hate America for its totalitarianism. And among those people filled with fear are American citizens.

Breaking News - Obama With the Help of the Internal Revenue Service Plan to Create Jobs Out of Thin Air

By Nicholas Contompasis

Per Announcement 2011-64, the IRS is giving organizations the opportunity to reclassify volunteers and subcontractors as employees and will be allowed to waive all payroll taxes for these individuals.
The end product of this type of policy is artificially lowerIng the unemployment rate by creating jobs that are simply volunteer work or non-employee services.
Seems like more tricks from Tim and the President. Follow the link to todays announcement from the IRS. http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-drop/a-11-64.pdf

IRS 9/21/11
"Announcement 2011-64 provides notice and details regarding a new Internal Revenue Service Voluntary Classification Settlement program that provides partial relief from federal employment taxes for eligible taxpayers that agree to prospectively treat workers as employees.

Announcement 2011-64 will be published in Internal Revenue Bulletin 2011-41, dated Oct. 11, 2011."

President Obama Meets With Accused Rapist During UN Meetings - Prince al-Waleed

By Nicholas Contompasis

The man that helped President Obama into and through Harvard Law was Saudi billionaire Prince al-Waleed. Much of Obama's foreign campaign funding was allegedly from the Prince.
Al-Waleed was in New York this week with the rest of the world and most likely secretly met with the President.
Of course it wouldn't be proper for the President of the United States to meet publicly with an accused rapist so he sent Larry Summers in to meet him first to see if the coast was clear.
The point of my comments are to illustrate Obama's close connection to the Islamic movement. Al-Waleed is anti-Israel. This is no secret to those who have been following his activities.
Now, with this rape charge being resurrected in Spain by a drugged and Shanghaied model to his yacht, we will see where all of this leads.

Saudi Prince Rebuts Claim of Rape in Spain

By RAPHAEL MINDER
Published: September 20, 2011

MADRID — The office of Prince Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz al-Saud, a billionaire investor and nephew of King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia, released documents to rebut an accusation that the prince raped a Spanish woman on a luxury yacht off the Mediterranean island of Ibiza three years ago.
Spain Revives Rape Case Against Saudi Prince (September 14, 2011)
The documents include a full travel agenda, passport visa stamps and witness statements about the prince’s whereabouts, all of which indicate that the prince was not in Ibiza in August 2008, when a 20-year-old model filed a police complaint accusing him of rape.
The case was closed in July 2010 by an Ibiza judge for lack of evidence, but that decision was appealed to a Spanish provincial court for the Balearic Islands, which include Ibiza. The provincial court ordered the Ibiza judge, Carmen Martín Montero, to resume the case and to summon the prince to appear.
The accuser, who has been identified only by her middle name, Soraya, said she was drugged at an Ibiza nightclub and then taken to the yacht and raped there. Traces of semen were collected when the woman went to the police. One of the woman’s lawyers, Javier Beloqui, said on Tuesday that “instead of documents, the prince should simply provide a DNA sample if he wants to close this matter,” so that it could be compared with the semen samples.
A spokeswoman for Prince Alwaleed’s company said last week that the accusations against him were “completely and utterly false.” She said the prince did not charter a yacht in Ibiza, or take his own yacht there, at the time when the model said she was assaulted.
“Neither the prince nor his lawyers have ever been contacted by the court in Spain,” the spokeswoman said on Tuesday in an e-mail. “However, we have widely disseminated this documentation into the public record, and certainly expect that Spanish authorities now have full access to these materials.”
Prince Alwaleed is the largest individual stakeholder in Citigroup and, among his other major holdings, is the second-largest investor in the News Corporation. Forbes valued his fortune this year at $19.4 billion, making him the 26th richest man in the world and the richest in the Arab world.

NY 9th, Signal to Liberal Jews

By Nicholas Contompasis

Since the loss of NY 9th to a Republican, CNBC has declared war on Obama. Cramer on Friday stated that Wall Street hates Obama and just this morning a guest thought he should not run in 2012 just as former President Johnson did in the late '60s. Obama's anti-Israel anti-business positions have finally turned the Liberal Jewish lead mainstream media against him.
That election was the turning point in his Presidency.
So please don't tell me the Jewish vote doesn't count in America. With only 1.9% of the population, their influence in American media, law, education, finance, politics and now the internet play a dominant role in who leads this country. And please spare me the anti-Semitic bullshit comments, it's real, it's here and it's in your face!!!

Obama to Resign Per CNBC's Jim Cramer - Shocking - America Hates Obama!!!

By Noel Sheppard

Jim Cramer, a Democrat and Wall Street insider, made a statement on CNBC's "Squawk Box" Friday morning that most definitely turned heads in the White House.
Speaking about the disappointing data released by the Conference Board, Cramer said that traders hate President Obama "like Jimmy Carter was hated" because they believe he's "destroying this country" (video follows with transcript and commentary):
JIM CRAMER, CNBC: Let's take the Conference Board at face value. Let's say that's right. That means that the American people would be joining business leaders who have so turned on Obama. I mean, look, you don't understand. When you are off camera, I mean -- the disdain for this guy. I often find myself saying like Trump did, “Hey, come on, it’s America. He's our president. Support him.” But the disdain is off the charts.
I mean, this guy is just hated. Okay? He is hated like Jimmy Carter was hated. I think we have to tell our viewers that because when these mikes are off, these guys are saying, “Listen, it’s Obama that's destroying this country.”
I always say, “Come on, come on. The Democrats and the Republicans are destroying the country.” But we all know that a lot of this rally I think is a subtext. The subtext is, “You know, maybe we won't have been Obama to kick around anymore,” a la Governor Nixon.
For those not understanding the Conference Board reference, Reuters reported early Friday:
Consumer sentiment inched up in early September, but Americans remained gloomy about the future with a gauge of expectations falling to the lowest level since 1980, a survey released on Friday showed.
That survey came from the Conference Board which in Cramer's view means Americans have turned on Obama. I'm not sure I'd go that far as August was a horrible month for stocks which always reduces confidence.
As for what Wall Streeters are saying about the President, since Cramer is possibly one of the biggest media insiders to such folks given his prior career as a hedge fund manager, he likely knows what he's talking about.
His point concerning this rally's political connection is on shaky ground, though. Did stocks rally this week because traders believe Obama's days in the White House are numbered?
I find that a little dubious because we're still almost fourteen months away from Election Day, and investors are far shorter term in their thinking than that. Even the folks at Intrade are currently 50/50 on Obama's relection. I don't see a lot of money coming in yet strongly betting on his defeat.
Even so, if Cramer is right how traders are looking at the current White House resident, this doesn't only mean Obama will lose the votes of Wall Streeters - he'll also lose their financial backing which was so crucial to his election in 2008.

Breaking News - Rick Perry Speaks to the Israeli People

By RICK PERRY

It was a mistake President Obama to distance himself from Israel and seek engagement with the hostile regimes in Syria and Iran.
The historic friendship between the United States and Israel stretches from the founding of the Jewish state in 1948 to the present day. Our nations have developed vital economic and security relationships in an alliance based on shared democratic principles, deep cultural ties and common strategic interests. Historian T.R. Fehrenbach once observed that my home state of Texas and Israel share the experience of “civilized men and women thrown into new and harsh conditions, beset by enemies.”
Surrounded by unfriendly neighbors and terror organizations that aim to destroy it, life has never been easy for Israel. Today, the challenges are mounting. The Jewish state faces growing hostility from Turkey. Its three decade-old peace with Egypt hangs by a thread. Iran pursues nuclear weapons its leaders vow to use to annihilate Israel. Terrorist attacks on Israeli civilians from Hezbollah and Hamas continue.
And now, the Palestinian leadership is intent on trashing the possibility of a negotiated settlement of the conflict with Israel in favor of unilateral recognition of a Palestinian state by the United Nations.
The Palestinian plan to win that one-sided endorsement from the UN this month in New York threatens Israel and insults the United States. The US and UN have long supported the idea that Israel and its neighbors should make peace through direct negotiations.
The Palestinian leadership has dealt directly with Israel since 1993, but has refused to do so since March 2010. They seem to prefer theatrics in New York to the hard work of negotiation and compromise that peace will require.
Unfortunate errors by the Obama administration have encouraged the Palestinians to take steps backward away from peace. It was a mistake to inject an Israeli construction freeze, including in Jerusalem, as an unprecedented precondition for talks. Indeed, the Palestinian leadership had been negotiating with Israel for years, notwithstanding settlement activity.

When the Obama administration demanded a settlement freeze, it led to a freeze in Palestinian negotiations.
It was a mistake to agree to the Palestinians’ demand for indirect negotiations conducted through the United States. And it was an even greater mistake for President Obama to distance himself from Israel and seek engagement with the hostile regimes in Syria and Iran.
Palestinian leaders have perceived this as a weakening of relations between Israel and the United States, and are trying to exploit it. In refusing to deal with the recognition of Israel as a Jewish state, and taking this destabilizing action in the UN, the Palestinians are signaling that they have no interest in a two-state solution. The Palestinian leadership’s insistence on the so-called “right of return” of descendants of Palestinian refugees to Israel’s sovereign territory, thereby making Jews an ethnic minority in their own state, is a disturbing sign that the ultimate Palestinian “solution” remains the destruction of the Jewish state.
The United States – and the United Nations – should do everything possible to discourage the Palestinian leadership from pursuing its current course.
The circumvention of serious negotiations by PA President Mahmoud Abbas demonstrates a basic failure of leadership and a betrayal of the true interests of the Palestinian people. The United States should oppose this measure by using our veto in the Security Council, as President Obama has pledged, and by doing everything we can to weaken support for the unilateral declaration of Palestinian statehood in the General Assembly, even at this late date.
The United States must affirm that the precondition for any properly negotiated settlement between Israel and the Palestinian Authority is the formal recognition of the right of Israel to exist as a Jewish state behind secure borders.
Since the Oslo Accords were signed in 1993, the US has provided more than $4 billion in aid to the Palestinian Authority. This year alone the Obama administration is seeking to secure $550 million in funding for Palestinians.
The United States has an interest in the development of Palestinian civil society and institutions.
We should encourage Palestinians who are more interested in building a prosperous future than in fueling the grievances of the past. Our aid is, and must remain, predicated on the commitment of the Palestinian leadership to engage honestly and directly with the Israelis in negotiating a peace settlement.
Their threatened unilateral action in the United Nations, combined with their declared intention to establish a unity government with the terrorist group Hamas, signals a failure to abide by this commitment.
The United States must not condone and legitimize through our assistance a regime whose actions are in direct opposition to a peace agreement with our ally Israel, and in direct opposition to our own vital interests.
