California’s Bullet to the Temple or the Scam of the Century

Governor Jerry Brown of California has found a way to balance the massive billion dollar debt of his state by approving a near one hundred billion dollar bullet train from San Francisco to Los Angeles. Brown will very soon float bonds to borrow three to five billion dollars from private investors and portfolio managers. This money should go to the train, but of course it won’t. Expect him to redirect this money into the state’s general fund where he will balance his un-balanceable budget. The U.S. Congress won’t backstop the state’s debt, so he came up with a scam to dope the general public by investing their money in a train that may never be built or could take decades to finish with overruns that could eventually reach into the hundreds of billions of dollars. California’s new bullet train will make the “Big Dig” look like a puddle. Oh and by the way at the height of the real estate market California’s employee pension fund put nearly half of its portfolio into land, land that will eventually be bought by the state to build this train. Man, when the fix is in, the fix is in!!!

Not Your Typical Response to the ObamaCare Decision – Follow This

Today’s decision rendered by the U.S. Supreme Court on President Obama’s Affordability Care Act, better known as ObamaCare, reminded me of a sweltering afternoon in downtown Ft. Lauderdale, Florida circa 1986. We, my attorney and I, had just emerged from the judge’s chamber in the Broward County Court House where I was given his illustrious final decision on my second divorce. I say illustrious because it took him over six months to get around to it.  

I glanced over at my Jewish family law attorney and watched beads of sweat start to form on his forehead. As for me, my head was spinning so fast the hot clammy summer air didn’t have time to settle.

I kept asking myself, what just happened up there? Have I lost my mind or is family court just another name for quicksand, kangaroo court, hell or all three?

I always thought of myself as a reasonable person with a logical mind. I thought I could pretty much figure out if I was going to get screwed by picking up on the usual signs. But this guy broadsided me so hard I lost all touch with reality.

What astounded me was how the judge could award my ex-wife items that we no longer possessed. But what made it worse was why would he award these items if she never asked for them in her court filings or court appearances?  What did I miss? Was she sleeping with him, which was a pretty good possibility, knowing her and the reputation of the judge?

After milling all of this around in my head I asked my attorney, who was now in a full lather, “Is this justice?”

He smirked and said “Your bill will be going out in tomorrow’s mail!”

Thus, this was my first foray into American justice and I wasn’t impressed with the noble process.

Now, getting back to today’s decision, American’s must be scratching their heads and wondering how can a relatively conservative Supreme Court judge snatch defeat from the jaws of victory? Could he be sleeping with the President? There are, of course, some out there that think it’s possible based on those Chicago rumors. But seriously, why would he redefine the argument by changing the main thrust of the Act from “mandate” to “tax” which was never argued in any of the proceedings. Could he know my ex-wife? Horror of horrors!  

What I learned back in 1986 is something I recommend for all of America, do anything to stay out of court, even the Supreme Court. Because no matter how right you may think you are, there’s always some judge that’s’ screwing your ex-wife or for that matter, even your President! 

Why California Will Take America Down

I pulled the following information from a website that does research on how the 
Left works. It illustrates the people, organizations and tactics used to gain 
control of an organization including local and state governments. 
Being a Californian for over 25 years I'm well aware of the powerful California 
Teachers Association which should be more appropriately called the California 
Socialist Party. You may not live in California but as you read how this union 
has taken over the most populous state in the country, it should be a warning to 
all of it's insidious and diabolical intensions. 
Some of the issues that the CTA pushes which most will see have nothing to do 
with teaching are bankrolling a wide range of left-wing causes, such as the 
implementation of a single-payer health-care system in California; the 
prohibition of photo-identification requirements for voters; the placement of 
limits on the government’s power of eminent domain; and support for the 
legalization of gay marriage.
As you read further you'll see that the former and now again Governor of 
California Jerry Brown, signed into law decades ago a mandate that 40% of the 
states budget must be spent on education. Of course, all know that the school 
system in California is a shambles with one of the highest dropout rates in the 
country. 
All of this spending on a failed educational system has done nothing for the 
students of California. Unfortunately, it has pushed a socialist agenda onto our 
children and has taken control of the states legislators.  
The state of California is sinking fiscally with no end in sight. Just this week 
the city of Stockton will be filing for bankruptcy with nearly a billion dollars 
of debt. Now multiply that number by nearly fifty or maybe a hundred other 
cities in California and than you'll understand the state of the State of 
California. 
The American people should understand that this twisted way of thinking and 
spending is destroying our country. 
Who will bail out California? Will a taxpayer in Georgia want to send their 
money to a socialist state that has sunk itself only because it failed to adhere 
to sound economic policies. It abandon our capitalist system for failed policies 
that are now potentially destroying the world economy as I write.  
Someday in the not too distant future your congressman will be asked to bail out 
California, will you tell them yes?

Muslim Brotherhood Takes Control of Egypt – Israel Under Threat – Obama’s Foreign Policy Fails Again

Everyone laughed at Glenn Beck for the past year as he kept hammering that the Muslim Brotherhood would take over Egypt and it would be the beginning of a Muslim Caliphate – a block of united religiously led Muslim countries.

Well, the pundits aren’t laughing anymore and our closest ally Israel now has another enemy to deal with, Egypt.

Mohamed Morsi is now the President of Egypt. He is the candidate that was backed by the Muslim Brotherhood to take control and he has. So far the Egyptian military which at this point has played in the background as powerbrokers hold the key to peace in the region. The decades old peace treaty between Israel and Egypt is now in jeopardy as the historically violent Muslim Brotherhood slowly wraps its tentacles around the Egyptian people.  

It’s no secret that the Obama Administration sponsored groups to help overthrow President Mubarak last year.  I have researched this thoroughly and have found that 501-c-3 nonprofits funded by our State Department used social media networks and U.S. labor union representatives to influence the people of Egypt. Obama and Hillary Clinton’s fingerprints are all over the revolution that occurred in Egypt.

With the Muslim Brotherhood now legitimately in control in Egypt there is no doubt that the election of President Morsi can be chalked up as another Obama blunder.

The homeland of Jews is now in further jeopardy, U.S. influence has been severely weakened in the region, non-Muslims mainly Christians in Egypt are now under threat, Iran has been strengthened and our Middle-eastern oil supplies are now further threatened. All of this has happened because Barack Obama would not support a decades old friend of the U.S. and Israel.  

The world is not a safer place because of President Obama’s failed foreign policies, it’s a more dangerous place.

  

Don't be Afraid to Spike That Football America

The word on the street is that Liberal politicians and the mainstream media are now scheduling spots on TV, radio and all other outlets to defend a Supreme Court putdown of ObamaCare. If the thinking is correct and ObamaCare is struck down next week what then???
The Stock Market – If ObamaCare is struck down this coming week it’s my belief that the Dow Jones will surge at least 1,000 points the first day. With the added costs and uncertainty of this oppressive bill off the private sector's back they can now move forward in hiring and expansion that’s been put off since the passage of the bill.
Health Insurance premiums – It’s my belief that the coverage of children up to the age of 26 will go away, mandatory coverage of preexisting illness will go away, the coverage of contraceptives will no longer be covered, for all of you religious organizations. Someone tell Ms. Fluke. Of course this would mean there would be no reason for waivers because all health insurance providers’ premiums should go down for every American, yes even union members.
Politics – Because the private sector will start to hum again, it will illustrate to independent voters who are still on the fence on Obama, that his policies have been hurting them for the past three years since the passage of ObamaCare. Of course it will take a few years for our economy to ramp up to normal. A Romney Presidency will accelerate that, but the shutdown of this bill will not have enough time to help President Obama economically in his attempt at reelection.
Leftist Reaction – Look for the Leftists in this country to bombard the airwaves with fear and destruction. They will point out how bad the old way of insuring America was by not including grown children on your policies, not covering preexisting conditions and lower health premium payments. I threw the last one in to see if you’re paying attention. Furthermore, they will try and make it a point that if you vote for Obama he’ll get these benefits back for you, but it won’t work since the vast majority of Americans understand what ObamaCare is, invasion of your privacy and the destruction of your God given right.
In conclusion – Next week will prove to be quite hectic but satisfying for most Americans, so don’t be afraid to spike the football straight up the asses of Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and the rest of the thugs that rammed this bill through Congress!!! 

Tyranny is Just Up Stairs America

With all of this talk about tyranny you may wonder where it is. You may not feel it yet, but rest assured it’s there and it’s getting closer. At this point it now resides just a few levels higher from where you now live. It’s just upstairs and only a quick leap away from you and your families. You don’t want this America. Executive Privilege - Obama and the Cover-up

President Obama today exerted his Executive Privilege over Attorney General Eric Holder’s refusal to release documents that could prove that the Presidents of the United States and Mexico were involved in the wholesale distribution of U.S. arms to Mexican drug cartels that helped kill thousands of people in Mexico and two U.S. law enforcement agents.
Whatever is in the documents, which President Obama is now protecting from Representative Darrell Issa’s congressional investigation, he’s willing to gamble with his Presidency. By taking this action the President is now implicating himself in the action and or cover-up that’s now infamously called Fast and Furious.
The fact that these Presidents have conspired to kill their own civilians by allowing Fast and Furious to be conceived and implemented could result in jail time or even the death penalty for both leaders. – N.P.Contompasis

White House Goes Around Congress Today - Will Give Partial Amnesty to Youth Who Came to America With Parents - Must Have Clean Record

The Obama administration is expected to announce today it will stop deporting young illegal immigrants and offer them work permits instead.

According to initial reports, young immigrants who are in the United States illegally but have generally abided by the law during their time here would qualify.

It is believed that up to 800,000 immigrants would be affected by the policy change.

U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said in a statement that the country's immigration laws must be enforced in a firm and sensible manner. She went on to say that they are not designed to remove productive young people adding, "Discretion, which is used in so many other areas, is especially justified here."

The new policy shares some similarities to the DREAM Act, which did not pass the U.S. Senate in 2010.

It would have created a path to citizenship for illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children and attended college or served in the military.

Today's policy announcement by President Barack Obama will not create a path toward citizenship, but illegal immigrants who qualify would not have to fear being deported.

To be considered for the program illegal immigrants would have to have come to the United States before age 16 and would have to have lived in the U.S. for at least five continuous years.

They would also need to be enrolled in school or have a high school diploma, a GED or have served in the military.

Additionally, they will need a generally clean criminal record and can not be older than age 30.

President Obama is scheduled to discuss the details of the plan in a 1:15 p.m. address in the Rose Garden.

The White House has announced a new US strategy for sub-Saharan Africa, which focuses on the continent's economic potential. It also explores issues related to democracy, security and development. President Barack Obama said African democracy had improved but corruption was endemic in many countries and state institutions were weak. The strategy comes as China's presence on the continent continues to grow through investment and trade. Mr Obama said he would work with Congress to develop preferential trade agreements with African countries, while fighting al-Qaeda and its affiliates on the continent. "As we look toward the future, it is clear that Africa is more important than ever to the security and prosperity of the international community, and to the United States in particular," said Mr Obama, the US-born son of a Kenyan man. Exchanging entrepreneurs The White House said its new Strategy Toward Sub-Saharan Africa provides "a proactive and forward looking vision grounded in partnership". A bid to increase trade and investment in sub-Saharan Africa is among its aims. The US administration is reaching out to entrepreneurs through exchange programmes. It will try to match US and Africa companies for business opportunities. The strategy is the result of four months of work, during which advisers looked at how to address the challenges the continent faces from famine to instability as well as the continent's economic potential. The BBC's Kim Ghattas in Washington says the strategy is partly aimed at encouraging the US and Africans to do business together. Our correspondent says this approach could also provide an opportunity to help revive the flagging economy in the US. The announcement indicates a renewed focus on Africa, but as the plan is short on detail for now it is unclear how the strategy differs from what the administration has been doing so far, she says. Some African countries already enjoy trade preferences with the US - through the Africa Growth and Opportunity Act (Agoa) - on the condition they uphold free elections and markets. At an Agoa forum in Washington on Thursday, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that Africa was the "land of opportunity". "I want all of my fellow American citizens, particularly our business community, to hear this: Africa offers the highest rate of return on foreign direct investment of any developing region in the world," AFP news agency quotes her as saying. Last month, Mr Obama announced a $3bn (£1.9bn) plan to boost food security and farm productivity in Africa. US officials said that initiative was aimed at alleviating shortages as world food supplies are being stretched by rising demand in Asia's emerging markets.
