José Andujar, 43, was arrested Friday in Times Square for selling "Obama" condoms. This is his third arrest in a year for unlicensed peddling.
The arrest came despite a State Supreme Court justice ruling that his condoms are protected by the Constitution's guarantee of free speech. The decision said that the condom wrappers should be treated like books, which do not require a vending license
It's no surprise that the Leftist run City of New York is stifling freedom of speech. Since Mayor Bloomberg is best buddies with the President, the new Nazi storm troopers are busy violating average citizens civil rights. Just wait till ObamaCare kicks in. If you vote Republican you don't get the pill.
Here a man cleverly tries to make a small living selling condoms and he's arrested. This is nothing more than a tyrannical rage against your right to speak.
