Question????

Question - Nearly 15.5 million Americans are covered by a voluntary tax free Health Savings Account HSA- If only 5% of Americans take advantage of such a plan why would you expect another group of 30 million Americans (uninsured) to sign up for ObamaCare? This could also be another reason why there's a lack of participation from the American people, they just don't care.
