Is President Obama by using ObamaCare creating a national medical emergency that will hit its peak in 2015-16 which will require him to stay in office till the emergency is over???

Everyone thought it would be something more violent. But now all indications point to a national medical emergency that will cripple health care across the country. Millions will die waiting for care because of a confused medical industry with thousands of Doctors dropping out of the system. The National guard could be called out in all states to keep order.
Yes, a martial law could be called by the President to give him the authority to delay the Presidential Election of 2016.
