America the Police State

As you can tell the announcement of Obama’s perversion of PRISM and the IRS has kept me up all night and here I am out here in California at 5 A.M. pounding out my unsettled thoughts. So, let’s get right to it!
A police state is a state in which the government exercises rigid and repressive controls over the social, economic, and political life of the population. A police state typically exhibits elements of totalitarianism and social control, and there is usually little or no distinction between the law and the exercise of political power by the executive.” – Wikipedia
If this definition sounds remotely familiar, you should be afraid, very afraid. This means, it’s happening or has already happened to you.
“The inhabitants of a police state experience restrictions on their mobility, and on their freedom to express or communicate political or other views, which are subject to police monitoring or enforcement. Political control may be exerted by means of a secret police force which operates outside the boundaries normally imposed by a constitutional state.” – Wikipedia
Okay now, is any of this getting through to you? Have you been watching the Congressional hearings into the illegal activities of the Internal Revenue Service? Have you been listening to what Obama’s perversion of PRISM at the NSA is doing? Did you watch on YouTube Congresswoman Maxine Waters comments, months ago, on President Obama’s new data base; “something the world has never seen” (PRISM and IRS data on you to be used against you by non-profit organizations controlled by him)? Let’s continue!
“As the maintenance of a standing police force became common in the late 19th and early 20th century, the term "police state" came to be used more commonly to refer only to when a police force was used "too" strenuously, in a "rigid and repressive" way, as under fascism, crony capitalism, and in retroactive application to oppressive/repressive historic incidents like the French Revolution and the Roman Empire.” – Wikipedia (again)
Maybe the term “crony capitalism” rings a bell in this last quote? Haven’t you heard about this perversion of capitalism for the past four years by many Conservatives warning America of what the President is doing? They have, you just may not have listened!
“An electronic police state is one in which the government aggressively uses electronic technologies to record, organize, search, and distribute forensic evidence against its citizens.” – Wikipedia (and again)
This quote says it all, doesn’t it? You need go no further to understand the United States of America has become a police state. Our once free country, where you could write a letter or speak a phrase without government consequence is gone like dust in the wind and you let it go! Let’s go on.
“The South African apartheid system was generally considered to have been a police state despite having been nominally a democracy (albeit with the Black African majority population excluded from the democracy).
The Soviet Union and its many satellite states, including North Korea and East Germany, were notorious for their extensive and repressive police and intelligence services with, e.g. approximately 2.5% of the East German adult population serving (knowingly or unknowingly) as informants for the Stasi.
Nazi Germany, a dictatorship, was, at least initially, brought into being through a nominal democracy, yet exerted repressive controls over its people. Nazi Germany was indeed a police state; using the SS/SA to assert control over the population in the 1930s.” – Wikipedia
As you can see Wikipedia has missed one police state that will most likely be the most dangerous of all police states, the United States of America.

If you don’t share or pass this information on, we’ll know whose side you’re on!!! Sorry to be so blunt, but don’t you think it’s about time to be blunt??? – N.P.Contompasis
