Obama's Smoking Gun..........

By Nicholas Contompasis

Percy Sutton the former New York Representative, originally from San Antonio, Texas who is being interviewed in this video died a year after the interview of supposed natural causes. Ironically, his wife died that same year 2009. Mr. Sutton, is famous for being Malcolm X's lawyer.
The man Monsour who he speaks of is a Black Muslim and a lawyer who lives in San Antonio, Texas. Monsour was the lawyer for Louie Farrakhan, head of the Black Muslims and friend of the now deceased Muammar Gaddafi.
The man that Mr. Sutton alludes to as being one of the richest men in the world is Prince al-Waleed of Saudi Arabia who contributed over $30,000,000 to Harvard, thus his access for Obama's admittance. He also now owns a good part of News Corp (Fox News), AOL, Disney, CNN and Bank of America.
Do you now see the connections and allegiances Obama has to Black Muslims, Middle-eastern interests and the Muslim faith? You only have to ask the most obvious question, why would they help him if he wasn't a Muslim?
But, being Muslim is not the troubling part of this unraveled mystery, it's the debt owed to these very evil men who have no interest in the safety or wellbeing of America and Americans.
This video is the only known evidence and proof of a connection to Middle-eastern   interests. It's the smoking gun that Obama wasn't able to  scrub from the internet since too many had already copied it.
You wonder why we had an Arab Spring? Just add 2 and 2 and it equals Obama.

Bank Officers That Helped the Obama Family With a Fraudulent Land Transaction to be Charged and Sued for Misuse of Bank Funds - The Plot Thickens

By Nicholas Contompasis

The Tony Rezko real estate deal that would have put most of us in jail is about to have pressure put on it by the Feds.
Occupy Wall Street are you listening or are you too worried about where you're gonna take a crap tonight?
Obama is dirty and this court case should reveal a lot about him and his now incarcerated friend Tony Rezko.
Next the Feds need to open the books on Shore Bank and throw those crooks in jail too.
You see these criminal politicians in Chicago including our now President Obama have been using money borrowed from depositors to fund their personal needs and causes. Feel used yet????? You should!!!

This was borrowed from the Chicago Tribune as of like minutes ago. Would I let you down?

FDIC sues officials of failed bank, alleging misuse of funds
Mutual Bank officials used company money for personal expenses, suit says

By Becky Yerak, Chicago Tribune reporter
October 31, 2011

Officers and directors of Mutual Bank issued $10.5 million in "imprudent" dividends, spent $250,000 of the bank's money on a wedding, and paid $495,000 in defense costs for a spouse's Medicaid fraud case before the Harvey-based lender failed in July 2009, a federal regulator alleged last week.
Mutual was the bank that financed the purchase by the wife of political fundraiser Tony Rezko of a side lot in a deal that enabled Barack Obama to buy his dream house.
In a lawsuit filed in a U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Illinois last week, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. also accused the bank of spending $300,000 to hold a board meeting in Monte Carlo, Monaco.
The FDIC is suing eight former directors, two officers and the bank's lawyer.
The failure of the $1.7 billion-asset bank, which had 10 branches in the Chicago area, is expected to cost the FDIC $775 million. From 2005 to 2009, the lender had nearly doubled in size, fueled by what would turn out to be bad real estate loans, many of which were made to about 15 borrowers. Record-keeping was shoddy, and loan terms were changed at closing with no board approval, the suit said. Mutual had become a "lender of last resort for failed real estate projects," particularly in the hotel industry, the suit said.
One of the defendants, former bank president and board member Amrish Mahajan, couldn't be reached for comment.
Daniel McKay, a Vedder Price lawyer representing defendants Arun and Anu Veluchamy, said his clients would "vigorously" challenge the claims in the lawsuit, calling them "without merit." Arun and Anu Veluchamy were on the board of directors and are the children of the board's chairman, Pethinaidu Veluchamy. The senior Veluchamy filed for bankruptcy and therefore isn't named as a defendant.
The lawsuit said the FDIC is seeking to recover more than $115 million in losses the bank suffered on 12 real estate loans, $10.5 million in "unlawful" dividend payments, and nearly $1.1 million in "wasted" corporate assets.
In 2008, for example, the defendants approved a $250,000 payment for the "sponsorship" of a "Mutual Bank function." In reality, it was a wedding of one of the board members at the Chicago Sheraton, complete with rented Rolls-Royces, the lawsuit said.
And it didn't appear there was any reason to hold a business meeting in Monte Carlo, the suit said.
The lawsuit said the $10.5 million in dividends to insiders were paid when the bank was in poor financial shape.
The lawsuit also said a series of 2007 "bonuses," totaling $495,000, were used to help defray legal costs for a spouse in an Illinois Medicaid criminal case. When federal regulators caught on, $202,000 was repaid with a bank loan, but the rest was unpaid.
When Mutual failed, United Central Bank of Garland, Texas, assumed its deposits.

Close Friend Of Obama Issues $900,000 Reward for Kidnaping an Israeli Soldier

By Nicholas Contompasis

Prince Alwaleed - You Know, the Friend of Obama Who Got Him Into Harvard, the Guy That Owns Bank of America and a Good Portion of AOL and Disney - Well His Nice Brother Has Put a Reward of $900,000 for Anyone That Kidnaps an Israeli Soldier.

Borrowed from Atlas Shrugs - Thank you

On Thursday a Saudi imam's offer of $100,000 to any jihadi savage who kidnapped a Jewish soldier. Now a member of the Saudi royal family has upped the ante.
Obama say, "Respect it!" The MTA say, "Don't call it savage!" Geller say, "Stand with the civilized man!"
Saudi prince backs cleric's bounty offer for Israeli soldier Reuters, October 29
(Reuters) - A member of the Saudi royal family has pledged $900,000 to a bounty offered by a prominent cleric to any Palestinian who kidnaps an Israeli soldier, according to comments aired on a private TV station Saturday.
Prince Khaled bin Talal, a brother of Saudi billionnaire Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, told Daleel television over the phone that he decided to contribute to Awad al-Qarni's bounty after the Saudi cleric received death threats for offering $100,000 to capture an Israeli soldier.
"Dr Awad al-Qarni said he was offering $100,000 to only take a prisoner but they responded by offering $1 million to kill Awad al-Qarni," Prince Khaled said, according to a recording of the call published on Daleel's website.
"I tell Dr. Awad al-Qarni, 'I will be in solidarity with you and pay the remaining $900,000 to take an Israeli soldier prisoner so that other prisoners can be freed,'" he added.

Let's Keep it Simple Candidates

By Nicholas Contompasis

It's a big mistake for each Republican Presidential candidate to put a new tax solution on the table. It's too confusing!!!
They have mistakenly concluded that Herman Cain's rise in the polls was due to his 999 tax plan. His rise in the polls was because of who he is and how he is projecting himself as the common man, which resonates with the Tea Party.
Since over 40% of Americans don't pay taxes they will not vote for anyone that promotes a tax for them - VAT tax and Flat tax.
They should be focusing their efforts on lowering the tax rates across the board and eliminating some. That is simple and easily defended!!!
The American people have had enough of change. They don't want any more change.
It's not a matter of what's a fair tax to pay, it's more a matter of simplifying the attack on Obama and his failed policies.
You turn off Americans by introducing a new tax system. They'll have to understand it, and agree with it. Those are big hurdles to cross.
So, keep it simple and keep it coming with the attacks on Obama's failings and promote tax cuts, not a new and confusing system.

American in Decline - By Choice!

By Nicholas Contompasis

I remember when the Soviet Union, Communist Russia for all you young-uns out there, was in such decline a West German flew his single engine plane and landed it in Red Square without setting off a million alarms in the Kremlin just feet away. It wasn't a nuclear attack from the United States that showed the world they had declined, it was just a single act by one man.
The United States by appearance is giving off the same image these days. It's an image of weakness, decline and vulnerability. We can't protect our borders, fund our military, including our wars and revive our economy.
But, with the Soviet Union it was the entire system that was flawed.
The problem with the United States isn't the system, it's the leaders who guide it and the citizenry who elect them. It's time to wake up America before you break a system that works and a country that needs to keep standing as "that shining city on a hill" for the world to follow.

Do You Know Who This Woman Is? - If You Don't, I Want You to Take the Time to FInd Out - She is the Martin Luther King of Cuba and Castro Just Had Her Assassinated

By Nicholas Contompasis

I pulled this article off of the Economist's website. It's one of hundreds of articles about this brave woman who singlehandedly took on Fidel Castro, the Gaddafi of the Western Hemisphere. I personally hate Castro. After living in South Florida for over ten years I worked with many of the refugees from that oppressed island.
They told me many stories of his atrocities. I personally went to Key West and watched Castro dump his prisoners and psycho wards on U.S. shores in the Mariel boat lift. That wholesale dumping of criminals caused one of America's biggest crime waves.
Of course, Jimmy "the asshole" Carter was still President for his last month when Ronald Reagan was elected in November 1980 as President of the United States, thank God!!!

Laura Pollán
Laura Pollán Toledo, teacher and human-rights campaigner, died on October 14th, aged 63

The house at 963 Calle Neptuno, in the centre of Havana, was small, but Laura Pollán kept it beautifully. The grey floor-tiles with their snowflake motif were always swept clean, even though her fluffy mongrel terrier shed his long hair everywhere, and though the door was kept open to get some air in from the bike-filled, rowdy, dusty street. In the front living room she had cane chairs with heart-shaped backs, and triangles of lace decorated the shelves. Outside, the tiny back yard was a jungle of pot plants and climbers, with neatly folded washing hung against the ochre walls. And the tower of the Iglesia del Carmen watched over it all.
But her house was also a cell for liberty. The living-room walls were hung with lists of the names of political prisoners, their photos, and a huge chart that showed them bursting from their chains when her group notched up a success. Prisoners’ wives and daughters crowded there for her monthly Literary Teas. She once got 72 women in, under the slowly turning ceiling fan, and put up 25 overnight. They came from all over Cuba: Pinar del Rio, Santa Clara, Las Tunas, Manzanillo (in the east, where she was born), even from the Sierra Maestra, where Fidel Castro had holed up in the mountains to start his revolution. They gathered at her house because she was central, and had a telephone. After 2003 the phone kept ringing, and she would answer it in a whisper, knowing it was tapped; each call would end with “Cuidado”, “Be careful”. A security camera and floodlights appeared outside her front door, supplementing the plain-clothes men who loitered there. Her bookshelf now held a tiny statue of Santa Rita, the saint of the impossible.
What had started all this was the arrest of her husband, Héctor Maseda Gutiérrez, for “acting against the territorial integrity of the state”. Seventy-four others were arrested with him in that Black Spring of 2003, and given average prison sentences of 20 years. Ms Pollán knew he had done nothing. The picture of him she wore emblazoned on her T-shirt showed a mild, smiling man, an engineer, who kept his glasses on a cord round his neck. He liked to underline phrases in the newspapers and clip pieces out, organising them under “Politics” or “Environment”. She supposed he was just trying to point out contradictions in the government line. They didn’t discuss it, any more than she took part when his friends from the banned Liberal Democratic Party came round to talk. She would disappear to the kitchen then, making coffee, and leave the men alone.
But they were taken away. Husbands, fathers, brothers, disappeared. Ms Pollán came home from teaching evening class to find 12 state security agents invading her house, carrying away the clippings and two old typewriters. One agent stood by even as she and Héctor tried to say goodbye to each other. Two weeks later she started to bring together the women she kept meeting at the Villa Marista barracks and at various government offices, seeking news of their men. They became the Damas de Blanco, or Ladies in White.
Ms Pollán came brand-new to campaigning. She was a mother (of Laurita), a housewife and a teacher: someone who loved literature and had taught peasants to read in the early years of the revolution. She had never done anything wilder. Short, blonde and stout, she was not cut out to be hauled into a bus by the police. All she wanted was to see Héctor back, and all the others. Her group would meet each Sunday at the church of Santa Rita in Miramar, Havana’s grandest district, say the rosary, hear mass, and then walk ten blocks in silence along Quinta Avenida on the green verges under the palm trees. The women wore white, symbolising pure intentions, and carried gladioli, a single stem each.
Yet politics crept in. At the end of every march the women would chant “Libertad!”—for Cuba as a whole, as much as for their men. They would throw out pencils with Derechos Humanos on one side and Damas en Blanco on the other, hoping that, slowly, people would pick them up. Enemies called them “mercenaries” and “Ladies in Green”, in the pay of the United States, and Ms Pollán had to admit that they did get American dollars and American parcels for their imprisoned men. Shock mobs of other women were especially bused in to attack them, beat them and pull their hair. Ms Pollán could fight back with the best: when a man called her “Puta!” once, she threw her gladioli in his face. In one battle in September she was crushed against a wall, which may have set off the breathing troubles that killed her.
By then, the 75 prisoners they were campaigning for had been released; most by the intervention of the Catholic Church and the government of Spain, but around 20 by their own efforts. Héctor, gaunt and thin, came out only last February. The numbers of Ladies dwindled, to 15 or so, as their work seemed to be done. But for Ms Pollán it was not done. Her Ladies had to go on marching as long as the laws remained that could fill the prisons again. As long as Cuba was not free, she would go on sitting at her computer with her little dog stretched out on the tiles beside her, alert for the telephone, with her front door open and Santa Rita at the ready, and the ceiling fan turning slowly in the smothering air.

George Soros and His Big Attack On Your Local Bank November 5th - Again George Soros is Now Using moveOn.org to Influence Your Childs Teacher - This is the Email Sent Today

The government bailed out the banks—so it's up to us to call them out. Can you lead a Make Wall Street Pay action on November 5 in your city?

Lead an Action!
Dear MoveOn member,
It's time to Make Wall Street Pay in our communities.
The 99% protesters have brought incredible national attention to Wall Street's greed and the corporate capture of our democracy, and now a campaign to move our money out of the big banks is spreading virally online, with tens of thousands of people joining in.1
So we're going all in with a big day of action on November 5, picketing Wall Street banks at their Main Street branches all across the country. We'll gather at banks across America to let them know that we're moving our money and asking everyone who's part of the 99% to do the same.
Unless the big banks start investing in our communities again, and stop the mass foreclosures, charging of ridiculous new fees, and undercutting of any chance for economic renewal, it's time for us to take our business elsewhere. The government bailed them out—it's up to us to call them out.
We need someone to lead a Make Wall Street Pay action against a local big bank branch in your city on November 5. Can you?
Yes, I can lead a Make Wall Street Pay action against a big bank in your city.
I can't lead this event, but keep me up-to-date on the campaign.
The Wall Street speculation that crashed our economy started with our bank deposits in the Main Street branches of the big banks, which is why we need thousands of people picketing the local big bank branches in their communities.
Instead of investing our money in our communities, the big banks gambled it recklessly, crashed our economy, and got bailed out with our tax dollars. And they're still not done. Through their increased fees, mass foreclosures, and record executive bonuses, the banks have shown no remorse and taken no responsibility for restoring the economy that they destroyed.2
For instance, Bank of America just raised fees on its customers and announced that it's cutting 30,000 jobs, all while pocketing $6.2 billion in third quarter profits.3 That's after receiving a $1.9 billion federal tax refund on their $4.4 billion in profits last year.4
It's an insult to every American taxpayer, and our government has done nothing to hold them accountable. That's why we have to hold them accountable on November 5 in your city.
Click here to lead your friends and neighbors in a Make Wall Street Pay bank action in your city.
I can't make this event, but I want to join in local actions against the big banks.
Thanks for all you do.

Anatomy of an Occupation
By Robin of Berkeley

If you're wondering whether I was at Occupy
Berkeley on October 15, the answer is no.  I didn't have to attend;
every day around here is Occupy Berkeley.
Because every moment of every day, I am
surrounded by people who believe the insanity spewed by the occupants
of Occupy.  When I listened to the well-crafted video
produced by three intrepid, Bay Area tea partiers at Occupy Oakland,
none of what I heard surprised me.  I thought, "Just another day in
Berkeley or Oakland.
Around here almost everyone thinks like
these Marxist spewing militants.  While in your neck of the woods
random strangers may comment, "Nice day if it doesn't rain," around
here the words would be, "Nice day for a revolution."
While the video didn't shock me, it did
disturb.  What troubled me wasn't just how widespread is the diatribe,
but that up until a few, short years ago, I believed all of it.
Before Obama came on the scene, I could have been interviewed, mumbling
and bumbling, just like those other frothing-at-the-mouth leftists.
I would also have parroted the Third-World
loving party line.  I too would have angrily  and self-righteously
proclaimed that the US was the root of all evil in the world.
To me, capitalism was bad, communism good
(which I discovered after watching the handsome Warren Beatty in the
sweeping thriller, Reds).  I envied Cuba, home of the finest health
care system in the world (thank you, Michael Moore).  And I, like our
current occupiers, ranted and raved about the racist, patriarchal,
capitalist system with its millionaire fat cats (which I learned from
reading books by those millionaire fat cats, Noam Chomsky, Al Franken,
Gloria Steinem and the late Howard Zinn.)
I believed all of this despite the now
glaring inconsistencies in my argument. For one, I (like most leftists)
had mutual funds that invested in the horrible corporations.  While I
was never flush with money, I wouldn't have minded being so.  And just
like those demonic capitalists, I got a kick out of procuring a
big-ticket item, such as a car with that wonderful new car smell.
So how did I fall so deeply into the
progressive chimera?  Given that I am (I hope) an intelligent person,
with the potential to see the light, why did I drink the Kool-Aid for
so long?  In the service of shedding some light on our current
occupiers, I offer the following observations:
Monkey see, monkey do:  Leftists
follow the leader. Since most progressives believe the anti-capitalist
nonsense, the majority will follow in lock step.  In liberal areas,
there is groupthink -- cult-like behavior, where people must chant the
same old tired mantras.  To step out of line will undoubtedly bring
social condemnation and shunning.
Indoctrination: While I thought I
was an independent thinker, it never occurred to me to look outside the
moveon.org box.  All of my media was leftist; the so-called independent
bookstores (the ones that celebrate "Banned Books Week") ban
conservative books.  So while Noam Chomsky is always welcome to give a
book reading, Ann Coulter would never be invited within 50 miles of
here.
The programming is particularly acute in
the schools.  In Berkeley, we have Malcolm X Elementary School and
Malcolm X Park.  Just to make sure that the kiddies get the message to
emulate Mr. X,  public school students (and all city employees) get  Malcolm X's birthday off
(same with Indigenous People's Day, aka Columbus Day, and International
Women's Day).
While most areas aren't so extreme, there
are hard-core activists all over this nation's school systems with
union jobs for life.  It's not a coincidence that Bill Ayers is a
tenured professor of education; he knew the power of brainwashing kids
when knee-high. With youth and their parents subscribing to the Party
Line, it's not difficult to lead the progressive sheep to slaughter.
Of course, leftists are badly misguided
about what a revolution actually entails.  They weren't told, for
instance, that Che Guevara, whose handsome face is emblazoned on their
fashionable t-shirts, was actually a psychotic killer.  Che got such a
thrill from watching executions that he had a picture window installed
in his office, and had the butchery conducted below.
And then there's another historical fact
that eludes our gullible revolutionaries.  After a revolution, the
activists and militants themselves often get offed.  Of course this
would be the case; why would the regime want troublemakers and
insurrectionaries in the populace?
The Cool Factor:   Obama was
elected, in part, because he was viewed as cool (though most of us on
the right saw him not as cool, but cold).  Being a
leftist/revolutionary/radical type is viewed as hip and trendy.  Simply
consult your thesaurus to see the negative words associated with being
a "conservative" versus a "liberal."  And aren't we a society enamored
by anything and anyone who is considered cool?
Alienation and the Search for
Meaning:  People of all ages, but particularly youth, have an
inherent need to find meaning.  With spirituality shunned, people look
to the secular religion of progressivism to fill the existential void.
By fighting against "The Man," capitalism, and America, the radicals
believe that they are good people who live lives of value in an
otherwise nihilistic world.
An increasing number of people feel
alienated in this culture.  They are Americans, yet are told that
America is bad.  They may have a hunger for God, and yet turn away
because believers are mocked.
This sense of alienation from God and
country compels many people to look to political movements for their
raison d'etre .
Being leftists offers the lost souls a sense of belonging and identity.
60s Fever:   There's a hunger to
relive the 60s, even though the Hollywood, sanitized version didn't
exactly happen.  I've heard young people bemoan the fact that they were
too young to enjoy San Francisco, adorned with flowers in their hair.
Of course, the Bay Area in the 60s was
besieged by drug overdoses, rapes, the gangster Black Panthers, and
radical terrorist bombings.  But given that the Baby Boomers wax
rhapsodic about the good-old days, both grey haired and youth take to
the streets to relive a reality that never happened.
Delusion:  The radicals
misunderstand the nature of reality.  They believe that life should be
fair, that hierarchy and differences among people shouldn't exist.  It
is a form of delusion to embrace utopia and perfection in this human
realm.
But, again, this secular society has
trashed religion and deconstructed history, the realms of which would
explain the way life works.  Instead, people on the left live in a
fantasy world;  and they go ballistic on opponents because truth
threatens their dreamworld.
Control:  Occupying the streets
allows participants to feel good about themselves, noble, as though
they are saving the world.  In contrast, it's a buzz kill to realize
how little control one has over this life.  To feel insignificant, like
a little cog in the wheel, is depressing.  How much more exciting to
elevate oneself into the role of some revolutionary involved in a
movement to radically transform America.
Generation Me:  Scores of studies
show the same thing: that today's youth are more narcissistic than ever
before.  While previous generations of the l8 to 24-year-old crowd
prioritized family and meaning, today's young want six figures and they
want it now.  They have been raised to feel special and entitled,
particularly those in supposedly disenfranchised groups (which,
incidentally, is most of the American population).  And if they have to
take some of your hard earned dough to live the good life, no problemo.
Greed:  Despite the leftists'
lofty claims about fairness, isn't socialism all about greed, about
coveting thy neighbor's house?  Can't the essence of progressive
politics be distilled to this: wanting money, money, and more money?
While those on the left profess to be
anti-capitalists, they are the real capitalists.  They are so
preoccupied with capital, and envious of those who have it, that they
want it through any means necessarily.   Even billionaire Warren Buffet
must be less obsessed with cash and the things it can buy than these
love-of-money leftists.
The Need for a Scapegoat:  Human
beings know instinctively that there is both good and evil in the
world.  But the moral relativism inherent in liberal education tells
people that everyone is good.  When people are robbed of the knowledge
of good and evil, they will create scapegoats.
Of course, Obama, Pelosi, and the left are
masters at pointing fingers rightward, and insinuating that
conservatives are racist/Nazi-like subhumans.  Whenever there's a
lunatic out of control somewhere in the world, the left impugns
conservatives.  It's no wonder that there's such anti-American,
anti-Christian, anti-Semitic, and anti-conservative vitriol all over
the airwaves.  Not surprisingly, a mob mentality ensues, with angry,
violent, and demonic
mobs taking to the streets.
****
As for me,  I somehow snapped out of my
leftist trance a few years ago, and, since then, have realized that
everything that I thought (and I mean everything) was wrong.  I thank
my lucky stars every day that I finally saw the light.
But will others wake up as well...will
people get a grip and get a clue?  Will they realize that while
imperfect, capitalist America is the best around -- which is why so
many people are desperate to become citizens here?
Sadly, I doubt it.  I think that the
indoctrination is way too far gone.  Further, we have a President who
will stop at nothing to keep the masses in an enraged, hypnotic trance.
The best we can do is to dislodge the
militants from the streets and restore order.  But more than this: we
need to expel the number one militant, the one with the secret cabal of
Czars and obvious disdain for the Constitution.
Because the biggest danger isn't Occupy
Chicago or Occupy Wall Street -- it's Obama himself.  What we're seeing
is:  "Occupy The White House."
Our greatest peril isn't the mobs on the
streets of Manhattan;  it's having a President who thinks he's  above
the law.  It's having our head of state support violent
insurrections here and abroad.
The United States doesn't need any more
occupations;  what we need is a new occupant in the White House.  And
hopefully, prayerfully, we will have a new one come next November.

Breaking News - From George Soros and MoveOn.Org to Your Child's Teacher About the Occupy Wall Street Oakland Shooting Today

Subject: Last night in Oakland

Dear MoveOn member,

Last night, Scott Olsen, a Marine who served two tours in Iraq, was struck in the head by a "nonlethal" projectile fired by the Oakland police. The round fractured his skull, leaving him in critical condition.1

Olsen had joined with other members of Occupy Oakland to peacefully protest the group's eviction that morning. When a group gathered to help Olsen after he was hit, a police officer threw a flash bang grenade into the group from a few feet away.

Deeply disturbing video of the incident was captured by a local news crew and provides the clearest evidence yet of the lengths that authorities will go to to stop Occupy protesters from voicing uncomfortable truths about our economy.

Yesterday's eviction in the predawn hours2, and last night's violence against protesters, are only the latest attempts to silence the voices of those who are speaking up for the 99%. But members of Occupy Oakland, who faced the most brutal crackdown yet, refuse to be intimidated. They've called for another peaceful gathering tonight to stand up for their First Amendment rights.3

To help defend their rights, we're scrambling to put together a rapid response ad to run in Oakland urging the mayor and the police to end their brutal tactics and respect the protesters' rights. We want to make sure everyone in Oakland sees the footage of the crackdown for themselves. Every dollar we raise will go to pay for the ad, and if there's anything left over, we'll donate it to a group doing good work helping our veterans as they come home from war.

We're also supporting a petition by a local Oakland group—Causa Justa :: Just Cause—to Oakland's mayor to stop the police repression of Occupy Oakland.

Click here to sign the petition to Oakland's mayor.

Many MoveOn members experienced the police crackdown firsthand last night. Here's what some of them said:

The police were intimidating and I have been to many protests in my life, but nothing quite like this. I have never seen such a police presence with such force, especially for a calm crowd. The tear gas was pretty brutal, it is still on my clothes and skin this morning. Anywhere in downtown Oakland had the smell and sting of the gas all night.  —Gina W.

We talked to the police across the barricades about how we were also fighting for them, for their children's shot to education without lifelong debt, for the preservation of their collective bargaining rights. We expressed this solidarity knowing that they might not be listening, but we also know that the reasons for not listening are deeply personal...  —Julie K.

As a retired military man, I wanted to reiterate what [I heard] the Marine Sgt espousing to the police: There is NO honor in brutalizing your own people. The tear gas stung but I have been exposed to worse, including Agent Orange. What I saw at Ogawa Plaza made me extremely proud of those brave souls that were passionate about their causes. As we say in the Marine Corp and Navy...BRAVO ZULU.—Pete H.

Deductive Reasoning - Joe Biden Unleashes Violent Sex Offenders Unto America's Unsuspecting Women?

By Nicholas Contompasis

A year and a half ago the White House-led mainstream media released news articles about how U.S. guns were coming from America to the Mexican cartels, in the hope gun control could be tightened up in America.
Shortly after, we found out that it was Eric Holder, Obama's AG who was instrumental in sending thousands of guns and ammunition to the cartels.
Fast forward to this summer. It was Mayor Bloomberg and V.P. Joe Biden who started spreading comments that we would have violence in the streets. Shortly after, we find that Leftist demonstrators funded by friends of Obama start semi-violent demonstrations across the country that spread around the world.
Last week, Joe Biden, the arbiter of future events predicted more rapes and violent crimes if Obama's Jobs Bill wasn't passed.
Could it be that these Leftists are now planning on having their friends, Liberal judges across the country, release known rapists and murderers to help the cause?
After all these maggots subscribe to a socialist doctrine "The ends justify the means" and have proven it in recent history, don't you agree?

60 Minutes Ignores Steve Jobs Disappointment With President Obama and the American Educational System

By Nicholas Contompasis

After watching this evening's episode of 60 Minutes I was disappointed to see they completely ignored Steve Jobs's conversations and opinions with and about President Obama.
This past week it was leaked that Jobs had told Obama to his face that he was a one-term President. That alone has sent the wheels of the RNC spinning with possible political commercials for next year's Presidential run.
Imagine, watching television next summer and Steve shows up on your screen in a campaign commercial lambasting the President for his performance as leader of the free world. Guaranteed Obama would lose the youth vote in a heartbeat.
Now, 60 Minutes has chosen to ignore the comment, interesting huh? Well, maybe not!
It was also reveled that he had a very low opinion of the public school system and their union domination.
Trashing the President's performance and the backbone of the Democrat party's indoctrination machine, the teacher unions, was just too much for even CBS to handle.
It's really a damn shame that a crack operation like 60 Minutes can't get it right or are simply scared to death of the President's power.
Whatever the reason, it's become obvious to even simple minded Americans that important information is being hidden from them.

Cuba Libre! - Libya Libre!

Libya's announcement of complete liberation reminds me of when Castro rode into Habana in 1959. Cuba Libre! - Libya Libre! But is it really "Libre?" - N.P.Contompasis

In Europe, New Fears of German Might

European leaders are at a crossroads: They must pull closer together or risk the euro currency project falling apart.

By Michael Birnbaum, October 22

BERLIN — For decades, Germany’s role in Europe has been to supply the cash, not the leadership. With fresh memories of war, the continent was cautious about German domination — and so were the Germans themselves.
But the economic crisis has shaken Europe’s postwar model, and Germany increasingly calls the shots. As countries struggle to pay their debts, only Chancellor Angela Merkel has enough money to haul them out of trouble. And the price Merkel is demanding — more control over how they run their economies — is setting off alarm bells in capitals across the continent.
In Athens, protesters dressed up as Nazis routinely prowl the streets, an allusion to the old model of an assertive Germany. In Poland, accusations that Germany has imperial ambitions became a campaign issue in the recent presidential election.
And although German leaders have sought in recent weeks to soothe others’ fears in advance of high-level meetings in Brussels on Sunday and in coming days, the tone has sometimes sounded pugilistic.
“The question of who could accept a German model has been settled by the market,” said a spokesman for German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble. “We are really only talking about the details and the extent of the measures, not about their nature.”
At $3 trillion in 2010, Germany’s economy is now half again as large as those of its nearest rivals, Britain and France. Its banks are far less exposed to Greek debt than those in France, insulating it from the effects of a possible Greek default. It has thus far committed $290 billion to a European bailout fund for Greece, Portugal, Ireland and anyone else who needs it — significantly more than any other nation in Europe.
Misgivings about a larger German role in Europe have been apparent inside the country, as well, with Merkel facing tough debates about the extent to which the country should commit its money to helping others. And the rest of Europe remains cautious about taking German medicine, needing the help but worried about the side effects.
“That’s the predicament of leadership,” said Joschka Fischer, a former foreign minister who has urged Merkel to do more to support the euro. “When Germany acts, there is the fear that Germany will dominate. If Germany doesn’t act, it’s the fear that Germany will withdraw from Europe.
For nearly a half-century after World War II, West Germany operated out of the limelight, content to be an industrial power while leaving the politics to France, which didn’t have the same legacy of using force to get its way. If West Germany wanted something to happen on the continent, it whispered to its Gallic neighbor and let the proposal be presented jointly. Even the location of the rump state’s capital, in sleepy Bonn near the border with Belgium, symbolized a European orientation.
But when the Berlin Wall fell in 1989, Germany, long split between rival Eastern and Western blocs, announced plans to reunite, raising fears that a powerful nation at the heart of Europe would once again tower over its weaker neighbors. As a condition of French consent to the reunification, French President Francois Mitterrand demanded a steep price: that Germany give up its cherished stable currency, the deutsche mark, and bind itself to a common currency, and by extension to the broader tapestry of Europe.

Here's the Scoop on Saudi Arabia

RIYADH (AFP) - Saudi Arabia's powerful Interior Minister Prince Nayef Ben Abdul Aziz, who is likely to become heir to the throne after the death of his brother Sultan, led an iron fist crackdown on Al Qaeda.
Prince Nayef, 78, seen as more conservative than King Abdullah, 87, is in fact a pragmatist who likes to describe himself as a soldier under the command of the Saudi monarch.
Interior minister for more than three decades, Nayef enjoys strong relations across the Arab region.
Diplomats say he played a key role in the kingdom's decisions to host Tunisia's ousted strongman Zine Al Abidine Ben Ali in January, and to dispatch troops in March to Bahrain to help put an end to protests led by the Shiites.
Born in the western city of Taif in 1933, Nayef was quickly pushed into public service, being named governor of Riyadh when he was barely 20.
His elder brother Fahd brought him into the interior ministry, where he was named deputy minister in 1970 and minister five years later, when Fahd became crown prince.
Nayef was credited for the successful crackdown on Al Qaeda militants in subsequent years, halting their wave of bloody attacks between 2003 and 2006.
His security campaign forced Al Qaeda leaders and many members to flee to southern neighbour Yemen, where they formed Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, which continues to threaten Saudi interests.
Charged with managing the country's borders, its internal crime-fighting apparatus and the internal intelligence force, the mabahith, he dismantled charities which used to collect donations for Osama Ben Laden and his network.
Prince Nayef's son, Prince Mohammed, who is the assistant interior minister and the kingdom's top counterterrorism official, escaped assassination in 2009, when a suicide bomber from Yemen failed to kill him.
In recent years he handed over day-to-day security activities to Mohammed, who has been more methodical in pursuing Islamist radicals and battling their ideology.
But critics said Prince Nayef targeted democracy and human rights activists while neglecting until recent years the rise of Islamic radicalism in the country.
Prince Nayef told reporters early in 2009 that he opposed electing members of the consultative Shura council, or to include women in the group. "I don't see the need for that," he said.
He defended members of Saudi Arabia's religious police, who have been often accused of brutality and abuse.
In recent months, the interior ministry have made sure that the country was not shaken by popular demonstrations. Prince Nayef has publicly thanked Saudis for not answering local activists' calls for protests.
The ministry also maintained order and calm in the Sunni oil-rich kingdom's east, where Riyadh accuses Iran of inciting the Shiite minority in the province.
Prince Nayef, who suffers from health problems, was the middle prince of the Sudairi Seven, the formidable bloc of sons of King Abdul Aziz by a favourite wife, Princess Hassa Al Sudairi.
His other brothers are King Fahd, who died in 2005, Crown Prince Sultan who passed away on Saturday and Prince Salman, governor of Riyadh.

IBM Turned Down by Obama

By George K. Brushaber

IBM offered to help reduce Medicare fraud for free... The offer is true.
Mort Zuckermann, US News and World Report, a Democrat, was interviewed on Fox and confirmed it. IBM has confirmed it. You won't believe it.
IBM offered to help reduce Medicare fraud for free...
What if I told you that the Chairman and CEO of IBM, Samuel J. Palmisano, approached President Obama and members of his administration before the healthcare bill debates with a plan that would reduce healthcare expenditures by $900 billion? Given the Obama Administration's adamancy that the United States of America simply had to make healthcare (read: health insurance) affordable for even the most dedicated welfare recipient, one would think he would have leaned forward in his chair, cupped his ear and said, "Tell me more!"
And what if I told you that the cost to the federal government for this program was nothing, zip, nada, zilch?
And, what if I told you that, in the end and after two meetings, President Obama and his team, instead of embracing a program that was proven to save money and one that was projected to save almost one trillion dollars - a private sector program costing the taxpayers nothing, zip, nada, zilch - said, "Thanks but no thanks" and then embarked on passing one of the most despised pieces of legislation in US history?
Well, it's all true.
Samuel J. Palmisano, the Chairman of the Board and CEO for IBM, said in a recent Wall Street Journal interview that he offered to provide the Obama Administration with a program that would curb healthcare claims fraud and abuse by almost one trillion dollars but the Obama White House turned the offer down.
Mr. Palmisano is quoted as saying during a taping http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YcR_bLBHcJo ; of The Wall Street Journal's Viewpoints program on September 14, 2010:
"We could have improved the quality and reduced the cost of the healthcare system by $900 billion...I said we would do it for free to prove that it works. They turned us down."
A second meeting between Mr. Palmisano and the Obama Administration took place two weeks later, with no change in the Obama Administration's stance. A call placed to IBM on October 8, 2010, by FOX News confirmed, via a spokesperson, that Mr. Palmisano stands by his statement.
Speaking with FOX News' Stuart Varney, Mort Zuckerman, Editor-in-Chief of US News & World Report, said, "It's a little bit puzzling because I think there is a huge amount of both fraud and inefficiency that American business is a lot more comfortable with and more effective in trying to reduce. And this is certainly true because the IBM people have studied this very carefully. And when Palmisano went to the White House and made that proposal, it was based upon a lot of work and it was not accepted. And it's really puzzling...These are very, very responsible people and don't have a political ax to grind.
In Mr. Obama's shunning of a private sector program that would have saved our country almost $1 trillion in healthcare expenditures, presented to him as he declared a "crisis in healthcare," he proves two things beyond any doubt: that he is anti-Capitalist and anti-private sector in nature and that he can no longer be trusted to tell the truth in both his political declarations or espoused goals.
Be sure to click on the link above for Mr. Palmisano's statement.

Obama's New Economy - Creeping Socialism

By Nicholas Contompasis

"Make people dependent on government and they will embrace Socialism"
- N.P. Contompasis

Have you noticed that the Obama Administration is attempting to create a new economy within our existing economy. A new economy that is funded by your tax dollars and controlled by friends of Obama.
Friends of Obama include union leaders, many non-profit organizations, campaign contributors and many foreign interests that want harm to come to our great economy.
After reviewing most of these new Obama led companies and their handling of your tax dollars, I predict they will continue to lose money. This will put added pressure to raise even more taxes to keep the failing companies going. General Motors, Chrysler, Solyndra, Tefla and many more are companies invented or propped up by the far Left. They would never survive in a normal capitalist environment.
Now, envision a cancerous tumor spreading throughout a host body as it slowly takes over, with an ultimate outcome of complete domination of the host. You would then have a new economy funded purely by your tax dollars. The majority of what you earn would be sent to the government to be redistributed, not to the poor, but the new industrial leaders of the country's new economy - friends of Obama.
Our current private sector companies get little to no help from government. As a matter of fact, our government, led by Obama, is doing everything possible to overburden our existing private sector with regulations that are killing its efficiencies. This policy works in favor of Obama's new economy, pushing down the traditional while funding and promoting his new Obama led companies that will suck the country dry due to their inefficiencies.
You can then deduce that these companies exist for only one reason. That reason is to enrich the friends of Obama and, of course, Obama himself.
You would think that Obama would've learned from the failed socialist states now crumbling around the world!
Under Socialism, sharing the wealth equitably is fine, but it never seems to work out that way, now does it?

Muslim Brotherhood Running "Occupy Wall Street" Demonstrations

by Dr. Rich Swier, October 20, 2011.

Tom Trento, President of The United West, was in Orlando, Florida to meet the Occupy Wall Street protesters, interview them and get a feel for what is driving the movement. At the Occupy Orlando protest Tom uncovered Shayan Elahi, a key Muslim Brotherhood leader in Florida was the primary leader and organizer of Occupy Orlando. Mr. Elahi is a leader in the Council of American Islamic Relations, a Muslim Brotherhood front organization. Further research by the United West found that one of the key purposes of Occupy Orlando is linked to the Muslim Brotherhood Arab Spring movement.

According to the Occupy Orlando Facebook page, its mission is: "Like our brothers and sisters in Egypt, Greece, Spain, and Iceland, we plan to use the revolutionary Arab Spring tactic of mass occupation to restore democracy in America. We also encourage the use of nonviolence to achieve our ends and maximize the safety of all participants."

The Florida Political Press (FPP) reports:

"FPP gained a copy of the permit (click here to view the permit) issued for the ‘Occupy Orlando’ protest and it shows that Shayan Elahi, who lists himself as ‘Attorney for Occupy Orlando’ on the paperwork, is the individual who applied for the permit at Senator Beth Johnson Park, the site of the protest.

The permit also reinforces a growing perception by many that the City of Orlando is being overly accommodating toward the organizers.  It states at the top of the form that applications ‘Must be submitted 3 business days before‘, yet, the form was submitted and approved on October 14th for the event with began the very next day on the 15th.

It also draws attention to the length of time.  The application states that the requested time was from 8:00AM until 8:59 PM on Saturday, October 15, 2011.  As the group is still encamped in the park 5 days later, does this mean that the protestors are in violation of city ordinances governing the use of city owned park facilities?"

Mr. Elahi did everything he could to keep Tom Trento from interviewing protestors and the below video shows him gathering his "media team" and actively running the Occupy Orlando protest. Mr. Elahi is identified by a protester as the legal representative of Occupy Orlando.

The Last California Conservative

By Nicholas Contompasis

The dark days collapsed into weeks and weeks into years as the great nation declined into a unsettled sleep.

The once great empire that touched every nation was now in decline but not by choice, more by design. A design that was created from the dark side of men's souls. Men that had no love of God and country. Men as dangerous as any in history.

As the great nation faltered from self strangulation. Its clouded eyes gazed upon a distant image through the hazy morn.

The once proud people, now enslaved, with eyes in permanent sorrow felt a change this hazy morn.

The haze, as it slowly burned above the rolling hills began to reveal the approaching force.

This force was once the lifeblood of the mighty empire but was lost in years of turmoil.

Confusion and lies ruled these days leaving the people wanting and searching but never finding until this hazy morn.

For on this morn, the sun now shining for the first time in years, burning off the deadly fog, revealing the image of good and evil on the battlefield of right and wrong, bringing clarity to the eyes of the people of this great land.

As this clarity spread, the evil was destroyed and the now proud nation empire was once again leading the world with its love of God and country, for all nations.

U.S. Troops Deployed to Uganda - Why????

By Nicholas Contompasis

"Many of the new generation of African leaders have failed to deliver democracy, peace and development, and they have shown an inclination to cling to power."
President Museveni of Uganda, born a Christian but a Marxist, rules a country with such a horrific history it boggles the mind. Uganda is 88% Christian, 12% Muslim.
Now, the U.S. has troops on the ground fighting a northern Christian rebel force that is portrayed more as a cult, than a revolutionary army.
This thing stinks!! Both sides suck, but here we are again, in the middle of a major cluster-fu*k.
I don't think this is about conflicting religions, like Rush Limbaugh has suggested, but more about conflicting ideologies.
Why do I feel our inexperienced amateur revolutionary Barack Obama, is using our troops to spread Marxism throughout Africa by utilizing President Museveni as his point man?

The "People" Are to Big to Fail

This is Why They Hate You and Want You to Die

Joshua M Brown October 9th, 2011
You want to know why everyone in this country hates you and wants you dead, you big stupid fucking bank?

Here's why, pay attention:

(Reuters) – Bank of America Corp will pay $11 million to ousted executives Joe Price and Sallie Krawcheck, a large payout at a time when banks face protests over pay but smaller than the eight-figure packages some executives received before the financial crisis.

Krawcheck -- a former Citigroup Inc executive who came to Bank of America in 2009 and was one of the top-ranking women on Wall Street -- will receive a one-time payment of $5.15 million, according to separation agreements filed by the bank on Friday.

Price, a Bank of America veteran, gets $4.15 million. Each will also receive $850,000 over a one-year period.

Price was head of consumer banking and Krawcheck led wealth and investment operations.

Elevenmilliondollars?  What the hell world are you inhabiting?  Eleven million dollars for two departing executives because things didn't work out?  I'm sorry, but were these two executives of Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez-level importance for your organization?  Is that why there are severance deals like this in place?  Or are you just completely psychotic?

It's not that this isn't your prerogative as a private company - it is.  But seriously, numbers like these at a time when you're instituting added fees on customer accounts just sound farcical, almost like you're making these payments to get a reaction out people.

You look completely ridiculous with news like this at a time when thousands of people are massing in every major city in the country to make the case that you don't deserve to exist.  At a time when you're being investigated for employing robo-signers just to maintain a certain level of foreclosures processed per month. At a time when you're laying off rank-and-file employees not by the hundreds, not by the thousands - but in the tens of thousands.  At a time when retired seniors, desperately seeking income, have been pushed into annuities, life settlements, commodities and junk bonds because of the zero percent interest rate policy that was meant to nurse you and your balance sheet back to health - and this is what you do with the money?  With OUR money?

Are you crazy?

You pay fired executives more in severance than the average American worker will earn in a lifetime.  For most people on the outside looking in, this seems like it's from outer space, another world entirely.  These numbers just do not exist to regular human beings, they cannot be fathomed.  The ordinary American is not a class warrior or a woe-is-me whiner coveting the rewards of others - the ordinary American simply believes that extraordinary rewards should go to those who do extraordinary things, not to paper-pushing failures at parasite banks.

So let me give you a hint that will save you countless hours and millions of dollars spent on consultants and the public relations morons you keep on staff:  This is why they hate you.  This very type of thing, while just a single example, epitomizes the piggish mentality that has set you apart from everyone else.  This is why they're marching against you and calling for boycotts and writing their politicians.  And this is why your whole model and way of life is on its way to being dead.  Forever.

You want to roll your eyes and make snide remarks about "dumb college kids" and "socialists"?  Go ahead but you're be missing the point.  Because it is the small business owner who's really been wronged here, not the fringe elements you mockingly dismiss.  The business owner whose losses are not socialized like yours, the business owner without the government in his pocket, the business owner who is forced to play by the rules that you have paid to have written.  He's not a hippie, he's not a Marxist...but he's waking up, dummy.

You blew the second chance you got with TARP to re-enter society as a productive component of commerce.  You went back to bonus-swilling, full-retard mode as though nothing ever happened and 13 million people weren't sitting around in their post credit-bubble joblessness for three years now.  Your tone-deafness and utter disconnection from the rest of the country has produced something extraordinary - You've managed to awaken one of the most indolent, lethargic and apathetic populaces in the history of the world.  You've now stirred a slumbering nation of 300 million from it's Entennman's and Zoloft-induced stupor.  America is awake now and it's pissed.

Good luck with that.

The American Coup d'état

By Nicholas Contompasis

The Right in America have always grouped around private sector corporations. This power base has always angered the Left. They were like little children who looked upon hard working Americans and their corporations as evil and exclusive of their ilk.
Than came the use of the 501-c-3 non-profit organization by the Left. Now, they had an entity to use in fighting back against the evil corporations of America, that employed the vast majority of Americans.
This is where the demonization of corporations comes from. It's not about the many environmental and animal causes used against corporations. It's about power and controlling the money. Jealousy and greed has been fueling this struggle for decades in America and finally the Left with the use of the non-profits disguising international interests are now in power in America.
The trained eye knows what happened in January of 2009, it was a coup d'état in America while the rest of the country stared in awe.

Breaking News - The Link Between Fast & Furious and a Gun Control Plan by the Obama Administration Has Been Found!!!! Obama's Days are Numbered

"Been told there is a memo, or was a memo, tying Fast and Furious directly to some kind of proposed gun control legislation or plan.  Not certain how developed it was.  Something that was pending .  The memo is a direct link between the program and the gun control issue. An entire coordinated effort that required people to be killed.  It is being talked about, but I have not seen it or spoken with anyone who has.  So who knows?  If it does exist and if Issa or someone comparable to him has it, then it implicates the administration at an entirely new level of corruption here.  We’re talking about people marching on the White House and throwing them out on their ass. Either way, if Fast and Furious is to break out completely against this White House, it needs to happen soon, so we will have our answer either way."

White House Insider: “They Are Crumbling In Amongst Themselves”

by Ulsterman

After a prolonged absence, our longtime D.C. Insider sends us this message regarding the inner workings of the Obama White House, including an “eruption” from Michelle Obama, and an administration breaking under the strain of accumulating scandals and a disapproving American public.
Don’t have much time, on the road, but I’ll try and answer as many of your questions as I can.
Regarding the dynamics of the White House at this time it is same as it ever was which is batsh-t crazy 24/7 in there.  There was an episode involving the First Lady and a member of her staff that shook up everyone. It was a big enough deal it reached folks in Congress, who forwarded it on to some donors, who then had calls into Plouffe’s office wondering WTF was going on.  The First Lady is being prepped as one of the few assets for the re-election campaign but those inside know she is as big a potential liability as anything associated with the administration.  They are using her in controlled environments only.  That’s the word from on high.  What went down between her and the staff member wasn’t just a tantrum, or some shouting.  It was put to me as being “an eruption”.  Talking full on screaming here.  Not the first time this kind of thing has happened. I’ve shared a bit of that w/you before but this was on another scale apparently.  Put the WH on security alert for a brief time.  It was that bad.  No mention of the president’s involvement or reaction.  He was apparently AWOL during the whole thing.  First Lady is complaining a lot these days.  LOUDLY. To everyone.  Apparently a very unhappy woman.
As for the president, he is simply seeking guidance. Any guidance.  His moods are becoming more and more withdrawn once he leaves whatever stage they send him to.  Here’s a description that came my way last week you might find interesting:
Read more in News
“President Obama finished the speech, walked off the stage, was escorted to the back corridor where he collapsed into a seat against the wall.  Both hands went to each side of his head which was leaning down almost between his knees. You could see marks on the sides of his face where the stage makeup had been rubbed off by his hands. He wears that stuff everywhere these days.  A staffer walked up and leaned over the president and told him it was time to go.  The president looked up, gave a little smile, and got to his feet slowly. Very slowly.  The only word he said was “Yeah.”  There was no excitement. No energy from him.  The people around the president seemed to ignore his condition.  They looked right through him until he started walking down the hallway toward the outside.  They followed alongside him and seemed to kind of push him out the door.  The president looked incredibly tired.  Used up.”
That’s the dynamics of this White House.  They are crumbling in amongst themselves.  The donors, as I have been repeating to you for months, are getting more agitated and concerned each day.  The president is being cornered and he doesn’t appear to have much fight left in him.  Don’t take that as me being confident though.  That makes him more dangerous than ever.  He still has his hardliners around him.  They will not give this up.  Jarrett will break him apart if needed.  Too much money on the line.  They owe people. Pulling the plug is not an option for them.  And while we have been working up the primary challenge against the president in the fall, I am hearing those bastards have been attempting to install a 3rd candidate scenario to split the vote.  Not just idle talk, but actual negotiations having taken place.  If they pull that off, well, I don’t know.  We had not prepared for that scenario.  It’s a long shot for them, but it put a scare in me.  In all of us.  Let our guard down there.
More importantly at the moment though is Fast and Furious.  The Solyndra thing was an unexpected surprise.  Had nothing to do w/that but happy to see it out there.  If it continues to get attention from the public that’s great.  The more the merrier when it comes to scandals against this administration.  I continue to see Fast and Furious as the much bigger deal for this White House though.  That has everyone running interference at a level only seen when something very big and very dangerous to a president is hovering over an administration.  You keep asking about Issa.  At this point I don’t know.  Information has been effectively shut down from his office.  That either means a deal has been struck and some stooge will take the fall, or they are preparing to go all in on this thing.  A Watergate type moment.  At this point it’s one or the other.  Holder has openly insulated himself and the president.  Doing it so openly means he’s either very confident or very afraid.  I am hoping its fear that is motivating him to cover his tracks right in front of everyone.  Been told there is a memo, or was a memo, tying Fast and Furious directly to some kind of proposed gun control legislation or plan. Either way, if Fast and Furious is to break out completely against this White House, it needs to happen soon, so we will have our answer either way.
Will talk again.  Not sure how soon.

The Solar Industry is Dead in America - Learn About Chinese Tariffs and Subsidies

By Nicholas Contompasis

After educating yourself on the solar industry with the article included below, one must ask, why are we setting our country up from being dependent on our enemy's oil to another enemy's solar panels?
At least oil generated real profits. Solar has been proven to be costly and unprofitable, while depending on taxpayer dollars to survive.
Maybe it's time to "drill baby drill," while increasing government subsidizes for research and development for alternative energy sources, like solar? We have plenty of oil and natural gas until solar, wind and wave are cost effective. Don't be spooked by naysayers.
Sadly, because of the economic, including geopolitical environment, the solar industry isn't ready for prime-time and will continue to bleed our overburdened government coffers.
Oh, and let's not forget a good portion of what we spend on solar today is borrowed from, yes, China.
It's a bad deal, no, "it's just plain stupid," as Donald Trump has said on may occasions. "Our enemies laugh at us for the deals we make" and he's right.

Borrowed from Newsmax.com

"California Rep. Darrell Issa, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, said at a hearing last month: “It is reasonable to predict that we could have the collapse of the entire solar panel manufacturing business in America.”

Here's why -
The Chinese government spent more than $30 billion last year alone to subsidize the nation’s solar energy industry, allowing Chinese firms to dump cheap solar panels on the U.S. market and send their American competitors into bankruptcy.
But at the same time, China is accusing the United States of dumping and is slapping prohibitive tariffs on the product of an industry that employs some 300,000 Americans — chickens.
The United States has filed a complaint with the World Trade Organization claiming that China violated international trade rules when it imposed tariffs as high as 100 percent on American chicken exports, doubling the price of American chickens in the world’s most populous nation.
“U.S. trade officials say that the tariffs have hit the U.S. poultry industry to the tune of between $500 million and $1 billion, with 90 percent of poultry sales to China wiped out,” CNN reported.
The Chinese Ministry of Commerce imposed the poultry tariffs in September 2010, claiming American chicken producers benefited from subsidies and were exporting their goods to China at unfairly low prices.
U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk said: “We continue to believe a two-way trade can work for the American people when we insist that China lives by its commitments, and maintains a level playing field for American producers to compete for Chinese consumers.”
Critics charge that China is itself guilty of dumping by enabling its firms to sell solar panels at prices American firms cannot match. State-owned Chinese banks offer firms loans at very low rates, and the companies benefit from cheap or free land from local and provincial governments across China, according to The New York Times.
In the first seven months of this year, China reportedly shipped $1.4 billion worth of solar panels to the United States, more than the $1.2 billion it sent in all of last year.
The collapse in September of Solyndra, a California manufacturer of solar panels that had $535 million in U.S. loan guarantees, has boosted demands from American lawmakers that the Obama administration pursue unfair-trade complaints against China.
Besides Solyndra, two other American solar-panel makers filed for bankruptcy in August.
California Rep. Darrell Issa, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, said at a hearing last month: “It is reasonable to predict that we could have the collapse of the entire solar panel manufacturing business in America.”
No such threat looms for China’s chicken industry.

Combat Drones' Computer Systems Reportedly Infected with Virus

A computer virus has infected the U.S.-based cockpits of the military’s Predator and Reaper drones, according to media reports.
The robotic planes are controlled remotely from Creech Air Force Base in Nevada as they fly above Afghanistan, Libya and other war zones. The drones are manufactured by General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc. at its sprawling campus in Poway.
The virus, first reported by Wired magazine's defense blog, is allegedly logging pilots' every keystroke as they carry out their missions. The article, which relies on unnamed sources, says the virus was first detected two weeks ago and has remained on Creech's computer system despite multiple efforts to remove it.
“Military network security specialists aren’t sure whether the virus and its so-called ‘keylogger’ payload were introduced intentionally or by accident; it may be a common piece of malware that just happened to make its way into these sensitive networks,” the article says. “The specialists don’t know exactly how far the virus has spread."
Reuters posted a story that says the drones continue to carry out missions even with the virus. The article also quotes an unnamed source who said: “Something is going on, but it has not had any impact on the missions overseas.”
The Creech Air Force Base public affairs office responded to inquiries about the reports with the following statement:
"We generally do not discuss specific vulnerabilities, threats, or responses to our computer networks, since that helps people looking to exploit or attack our systems to refine their approach. We invest a lot in protecting and monitoring our systems to counter threats and ensure security, which includes a comprehensive response to viruses, worms, and other malware we discover."

California is Gone Forever - Gov. Jerry Brown OKs online voter registration in California

Californians will be able to register to vote online for 2012 elections under legislation signed into law today by Gov. Jerry Brown.

Senate Bill 397, by Sen. Leland Yee, D-San Francisco, allows to state to begin registering voters online ahead of the completion of a new statewide voter registration database.

In the meantime, election officials and the Department of Motor Vehicles will work together to match registration information submitted online with DMV records containing an electronic copy of a voter's signature.

Supporters had argued that the bill would make it easier for Californians to register to vote, increasing voter participation.

"In the 21st century, especially here in California, it is long overdue to have online voter registration," Yee said in a statement. "SB 397 will not only help protect the integrity of the vote, but will allow many more individuals the opportunity to register and participate in our democracy."

The Democratic governor also vetoed several measures affecting elections and the initiative process, including:

• Senate Bill 205, a bill by Democratic Sen. Lou Correa, to prohibit paying canvassers to register voters on a per-registration basis. "Efforts to register voters should be encouraged, not criminalized," Brown wrote in a veto message.

• Senate Bill 199, also by Correa, which would have allowed voters to submit their vote-by-mail ballots at any polling location in the state, instead of one within their county. Brown cited concerns that the change would "add complexity to the voting and election process without commensurate benefit."

• Senate Bill 334, which would have required the top five contributors for and against an initiative to be printed in the statewide voter pamphlet. He rejected because it would only include contributions received at the time the guide is set for publication. "I am concerned that this outdated information could mislead voters about the true supporters and opponents of a ballot measure," Brown wrote in his veto of Democratic Sen. Mark DeSaulnier's measure.

• Assembly Bill 65, by Democratic Assemblyman Mike Gatto, which would have mandated disclaimers in the ballot pamphlet about restrictions on the use of any revenues generated by an initiative. "I am sympathetic to the author's concerns that voters should understand more clearly the consequences of initiatives that dedicate revenue to a specific purpose," he wrote. "But the disclaimer mandated by this bill won't provide voters greater clarity."

New York City Mayor Bloomberg's Live in Girlfriend Owns the Park that Wall Street Protesters Occupy and She Won't Ask Them to Go

This is huge news that I have seen nowhere else!...
I don't think this has been connected yet....read and enjoy!
Sooo...I ask myself a simple question...how can these protesters be all camped up in this Zuccotti Park right in the middle of downtown Manhattan and nobody is even telling them "Move along"...now the park is in a nice area..hell it's right in the financial district...a very nice area. They are trashing the place, that's coming from the people down there, not my assessment. Now there are usual park rules there...no sleeping on benches...no overnight sleep outs...the typical and mundane rules etc etc. This park also routinely gets cleaned every night, now it hasn't been cleaned since sept 16th...and it's becoming a "sanitary problem"...I'm sure that's no exaggeration with people pissing and god knows what else all night long in the park...so it's no stretch to imagine how cruddy it is by now.
You can read one of the many articles here about that...
So apparently since the park is private property and owned by a big multi faceted and multi asset international corporation....oooohhh...remember when they were they EVIL!!!! Bad multinational conglomerate!...what are we protesting again Mindy Moonunit?...I forgot...errrp...so anyway...the owner of this property among many others is "Brookfield Office properties"...they are part of Brookfield Asset Management Inc...bigass company worth around 150 billion or more...
So Mayor Bloomberg says there's nothing really he can do until BPO decides the protesters ought to be evicted and they were nice enough to issue this public statement saying they weren't going to do that....awww...see how nice?...Well I would guess that if Mr Liberal Mike Bloomberg felt like asking them he probably could....
BECAUSE HIS LONG TIME LIVE-IN GIRLFRIEND IS ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS!!!..
Yes that's correct...NYC Mayor Mike Bloomberg's long time lady Diana L. Taylor is on the board of directors for Brookfeild Properties..
Now this seems to be fairly common knowledge to some in NYC, but it certainly is NOT being reported in the news at all...So the Mayor who claims his hands are tied?...maybe not so tied since his woman is on the board of the property owners...
So what else is this Brookfield outfit up to?....
Well we got the namesake...John E. Zuccotti he's on the board of BPO...so who is he?...well Mr Zuccotti was on the Board of directors of WELL POINT HEALTH NETWORK...for years...remember them?...they were THE most Evil health insurance company just yanking the po sheeples benefits away that only Obamacare could save us! from...in fact Obama went for the throat in rhetoric on them...I find that highly ironic that the protestanistas are camped out in a park named after a board member of one of the most demonized and the largest and most evil health insurer in the country...lol...what we potestin again Mandy?....lol.....dumfuks...
You can read about him here:
Ok so more ironic than sinister...so what else is Brookfield up to...
Well BPO...that's just the property division who might they donate money too?...they are a multi billion division...so they probably give some good bucks out...well not so much, not publicly anyway...they did however hire a lobbyist firm for a couple years several years back, paid them a couple hundred grand over 2 years...in fact was there largest client in their first year.
Little start up lobbyist outfit named....
Oldaker, Biden & Belair
Nahhhh...ya think?....oh yes you thought right...that is the Biden name of VP Joe Biden fame and that Biden is his son..Robert Hunter Biden...
Can check that below and I won't even bother getting into how Hunter was on the board of Amtrak while Joe "Mr Amtrak" Biden was pouring money into that sucking vortex of money waste.
So....so far we got the Mayors defacto wife on the board of directors and some old payments to the Vice Presidents son's lobbying firm...there must be more..this huge corporation is just coming off as far too nice....even with the Mayors wife on the Board...the Bloombergs are only luke warm with the Obama's anyway...and I'm sure they don't like the protesters stinkin up some one the nicest areas downtown...so there has to be more pull somewhere...
Well there probably is....and it's a bit higher up the food chain...
One of the big divisions of Brookfield Asset Management inc is...
Brookfield renewable power...and guess who's govt has an ASSLOAD of Green energy money...stimulus money...federal loan guarantees and all that money moving right to the very same property owning multinational conglomerate that owns that dinky little park....OUR FUCKING GOVT...
Here's just a few and I'm sure we could find a TON more if we wanted to look a little deeper.
Peanut mil or 3 grant to make a turbine that will harm less fish for hydro electric plants being tested at Brookfield Renewable Power School Street Project in Cohoes, New York
Local49 is happy about this stimulus funded hydro-electro plant in Minnesota..price tag to the stimuloss package unknown.
Brookfield Renewable Power
This company traces its history back to a Brazilian electric utility incorporated in 1899; today, it's headquartered in West Virginia and manages renewable energy projects in the U.S., Brazil and Canada, including 167 hydroelectric stations and two wind farms. A publicly traded company, Brookfield maintains stable revenues thanks to long-term power contracts, and uses this advantage to help pioneer next-generation projects in wind and thermal energy. Besides specializing in renewable energy, the company has also donated nearly $4 million to local sustainability projects. Brookfield also voluntarily meets the low-impact standards put forward by the Ecologo Program and the Low Impact Hydropower Institute.
Brookfield is currently working on a wind energy project in Coos County, New Hampshire, financed in part with the Department of Energy’s partial guarantee of $135.8 million in loans. The Department of Energy says the project will result in 198 construction jobs and and save some 12,000 tons of carbon pollution once it is up and running.
Wow 198 temporary jobs?...that's less than a million a pop, pretty good by govt standards!..
Hmmmm...this is odd....they have almost half of their 168 power generating stations in.....New York....
Massive move being made here....huge bet on "Green Energy"
Brookfield to merge hydro power assets into global renewable energy powerhouse September 13, 2011
Brookfield Asset Management is looking to merge its hydroelectric and wind power assets into the world's second-largest public renewable power company in a move designed to cash in on the growing demand for cleaner power.
The conglomerate said Tuesday it plans to combine Brookfield Renewable Power Fund's (TSX:BRC.UN) hydroelectric stations and wind farms with those of its wholly owned subsidiary Brookfield Renewable Power Inc.
The merger would create Brookfield Renewable Energy Partners LP — or BREP — a global, publicly traded partnership focused on renewable power, primarily hydroelectric, in Canada, the United States and Brazil with assets of about US$13 billion.
whoops...price of poker went up another 30 million...
A NH Solyndra? Wind farm gets fed loan
In the name of “green energy,” the Obama administration is using taxpayer money to subsidize a New Hampshire wind farm that is a subsidiary of a hugely profitable company.
New Hampshire’s largest wind farm, the Granite Reliable Power project under construction in Coos County, is jointly owned by BAIF Granite Holdings, LLC and Freshnet Wind Energy, LLC. BAIF owns 75 percent of Granite Reliable. BAIF Granite Holdings was created earlier this year by Brookfield Renewable Power, which is a subsidiary of Brookfield Asset Management of New York.
That company, which runs clean energy operations around the world, has deep pockets. It reported net income of $454 million in 2009 and $3.2 billion in 2010. Brookfield Renewable Power financed the creation of BAIF Granite Holdings from its Brookfield Americas Infrastructure fund, which was reported in February to have $2.7 billion in assets. With that kind of backing, it is curious that the U.S. Department of Energy announced it would guarantee up to 80 percent of a $168.9 million loan for the Granite Reliable wind farm project last week.
Department of Energy Finalizes Loan Guarantee of Nearly $170 Million to Granite Reliable Power
September 23, 2011 - 3:31pm
Washington, D.C. – U.S. Energy Secretary Steven Chu announced today the Department of Energy finalized a partial guarantee for $168.9 million loan to Granite Reliable Power, LLC. The loan guarantee will support a 99 megawatt (MW) wind generation project that will be New Hampshire’s largest wind farm.
Well now...454 Million net income in the 2009 and 3.2 billion in 2010....that's quite a rise in profits...
Now.....why would a huge and very rich company that had 3.2 Billion dollars in profits in 2010 need or be able to get a Loan guarantee for 168 million...which the Dept Of Energy announced finalizing on....Sept 23rd 2011....not long after the OWS protests started really getting going...a 168 million dollar loan guarantee with no visible reason why behind it....to the very same corporation that owns the very same Zuccotti park the protesters are camped out in....
Maybe they ought to form a circular protesting squad....

Split a Divided Nation Before We End Up Killing Each Other?

Date: October 5, 2011
From: John J. Wall

Subject: Our Country

Dear American liberals, leftists, social progressives, socialists, Marxists and Obama supporters,

We have stuck together since the late 1950's for the sake of the kids, but the whole of this latest election process has made me realize that I want a divorce. I know we tolerated each other for many years for the sake of future generations, but sadly, this relationship has
clearly run its course.
Our two ideological sides of America cannot and will not ever agree on what is right for us all, so let's just end it on friendly terms. We can smile and chalk it up to irreconcilable differences and go our own way.
Here is a model separation agreement:
Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by landmass each taking a similar portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come to a friendly agreement. After that, it should be relatively easy! Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such distinct and disparate tastes.
We don't like redistributive taxes so you can keep them. You are welcome to the liberal judges and the ACLU. Since you hate guns and war, we'll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA and the military. We'll take the nasty, smelly oil industry and you can go with wind, solar and biodiesel. You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore and Rosie O'Donnell. You are, however, responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move all three of them.
We'll keep capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart and Wall Street. You can have your beloved lifelong welfare dwellers, food stamps, homeless, homeboys, hippies, druggies and illegal aliens. We'll keep the hot Alaskan hockey moms, greedy CEO's and rednecks. We'll keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood .
You can make nice with Iran and Palestine and we'll retain the right to invade and hammer places that threaten us. You can have the peaceniks and war protesters. When our allies or our way of life are under assault, we'll help provide them security.
We'll keep our Judeo-Christian values. You are welcome to Islam, Scientology, Humanism, political correctness and Shirley McClain. You can also have the U.N. but we will no longer be paying the bill.
We'll keep the SUV's, pickup trucks and oversized luxury cars. You can take every Subaru station wagon you can find.
You can give everyone healthcare if you can find any practicing doctors. We'll continue to believe healthcare is a luxury and not a right. We'll keep "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" and "The National Anthem." I'm sure you'll be happy to substitute "Imagine", "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing", "Kum Ba Ya" or "We Are the World"
We'll practice trickle down economics and you can continue to give trickle up poverty your best shot.
Since it often so offends you, we'll keep our history, our name and our flag.
Would you agree to this? If so, please pass it along to other like-minded liberal and conservative patriots and if you do not agree, just hit delete. In the spirit of friendly parting, I'll bet you answer which one of us will need whose help in 15 years.

Sincerely,
John J. Wall
Law Student and an American

P. S. Also, please take Ted Turner, Sean Penn, Martin Sheen, Barbara Streisand, & Jane Fonda with you.

P. S. S. And you won't have to press 1 for English when you call our country.
