Did the Army Corps of Engineers Cause the Joplin Missouri Tornado?

By Nicholas Contompasis

On May 14 the Army Corp of Engineers opened the Morganza Spillway which released the flooding Mississippi into hundreds of square miles of Louisiana. These waters are still draining and heading into the Gulf of Mexico.
It's my belief that this added exposure of floodwaters to the atmosphere may have exacerbated a normal clash of cold and hot air movements over the region causing bigger tornados than what would have normally been formed.
Exactly a week after the spillway was released, the three elements of cold and hot air along with the additional moisture from the Mississippi spill created the witches brew that gave birth to over 300 tornados. Joplin Missouri and surrounding counties and states fell victim to these swirling devils of death and destruction.
Was this a coincidence or a reality?
